Will definitely stay again! Loved the location and property was nice itself!
-
Our room was damp and musty everyday. Drying our bathing suits was an impossibility. The 15 dollar a day parking fee does not include taxes and fees. The staff and location are both excellent.
-
Great location on the beach with close proximity to all of the great beach restaurants and shopping! Breakfast was hearty and there were many choices!! Would definitely stay again!

The Maintenance for the ac was immediately resolved abd my body bows to these guys! They all have a positive vibe and can say they enjoy their jobs! Breakfast staff was hustling and keeping it fresh. They need a 3 person to help too clean tables. The beach was fantastic and the counter peoe were fantastic. House keep wow they keep a good place clean@@

It was clean

The room was clean but our water in the shower was either hot or cold. No in between. The interior hallways could use some sprucing up. Staff did a great job sweeping and mopping the sand and water from the outside. Pool area was nice. Shower area from the beach needs some updates.

The only thing we didn't like, was we were on the 2nd floor. Right above the pool, the kids didn't leave until 10:00. They were very loud. We're retired and ready for bed before 10:00. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Our stay was ok, the property needs a lot of improvements, old building compare to the other hotels in the area, the pool was very small , they advertise the pool bar, no bar at all we have to walk to the other hotels to use their pool and buy drinks.

Breakfast was ok but really needed protein

Great view of the ocean! Just a short walk to the beach. Stayed on the second floor which made taking one flight of stairs quick and easy. The stairs allowed us to bypass the elevator. Breakfast was a bonus! We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Terribly expensive, with beat up everything. Won’t be back.

We had a good stay for our beach trip. 5 nights, didn’t really have any issues with the room or amenities. The breakfast was pretty good every day, decent variety of items to choose from also. The room coffee pods are way better than the 24/7 lobby coffee. The front desk workers were always helpful any time I needed anything. You now have to pay $20 to have access to the other pools nearby, where as last year you did not. We didn’t go for the pools so it wasn’t an issue for us, but still. People with kids might want to know that.

Would like to see the windows on the balcony cleaned on the outside. But great views from the balcony.

At check-in at 430pm the room was not ready until 2 1/2 to 3 hours later. Then we were given a room that only accommodated 2 persons and we booked it for 4 persons. Other guests were also having the same problem getting their rooms. Once we got the room everything was fine. The ice machine for the 3rd floor wasn't working, we saw them fixing it on the day we were leaving. Breakfast was good. The pools were clean and warm. The entrance to the beach was great and the property was well-maintained. Upon check-out I let them know that I was not going to pay for the parking, this was my bargaining chip for the inconvenience regarding the room, and they did so. I also received a coupon for a free pizza and VIP handbands for the other 4 properties to use their pools also, e.g the Hilton, which we didn't get a chance to use. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

After we submitted our complaint, housekeeping briefly came in, sprayed Clorox in the bathtub, and told us they would return to finish cleaning. Unfortunately, they never came back. As a result, I had to clean the bathtub myself so that my family could safely use it. Overall, I was very disappointed with our stay. The lack of cleanliness and the inadequate response to our concerns did not meet the standards we expected.
