Hampton Inn Pensacola Beach

I’ve been at this Hampton in many times for the last 25 yrs always good, clean and excellent service. We started a family tradition, I brought me kids here now they bring their own, this year we were a group of 20!

We had our bed made 1 day out of 7 and had to grab a roll of toilet paper off a maids cart to get some. Getting the front desk to answer the phone never happened in approximately 20 attempts and I asked them why as we checked out and was told that we try to handle the people standing in front of us. My reply was why not help your guest. I have stayed at this Hotel over 100 nights over the past 12 years as my grandchildren live in Pensacola but this was my last time.

The room was very clean and beach view was amazing! Breakfast was good! The staff was great! Thank you! Will definitely try to stay there again next time we come to Pensacola beach!

Good time

The Hotel staff was horrible, the lady at the front desk did not acknowledge the issue prior to our arrival, they canceled my room without any notice, I did not receive a phone call nor email from anyone in regards of them canceling my room. They did not try to accommodate me in any kind of way. I asked why they cancel my room when I was literally driving 5 hours to come get the room and all she could say is we thought you’ll wasn’t coming. I choosed to pay at the property, showed the lady my confirmation number and she still did not try to help. Very rude, I asked for a manager and all she said was there wasn’t nobody in. Do not recommend booking here. Thank God Pensacola Beach Resort had 1 room available and allowed me to book there, otherwise we would have been out of luck.

Absolutely Excellent! Breakfast was Hot and good selections. The room was Perfect with a comfortable bed. Of course the view was stupendous. Lets not forget the staff--- Im pretty sure we talked to everyone, and Everyone was kind and helpful. Can't wait to go back! Dont forget ti get the Pool Hopping band! You'll want that!

Perfect family place to stay right on the beach

Centrally located around boardwalk and restaurants. This was a main reason for our choosing this hotel. Things to keep in mind are that parking is an extra fee, and beach chairs are $50 per day (once you leave them they will resell). Many people bring all there own beach supplies, chairs, and umbrellas. Also, traffic is insane, so allow time, and be patient.

Our room had mold on the ceiling. The low flow toilet is a joke. There were people's clothes left by the pool for our entire 4 night stay. The only saving grace was when we changed rooms. That one was ok.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Upon entering our room, our toilet was flushing constantly, and it looked like a piece had broken inside the commode. They had sent maintenance very quickly to fix the issue, and it was fine for the rest of our stay. Beach access was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious!

I would like to recognize Destiny! My daughter and I felt very welcome by Destiny when we arrived at the front desk. She has a beautiful smile all through out our check in process. Others only give you smile in the beginning and lost it towards the end of check in process. Very accommodating and explains the amenities well. There’s a tall Caucasian man though at the front desk when I checked out doesn’t seem accommodating. Didn’t see him smile, makes him look not so friendly. I am glad I didn’t have him during check in nor checked out. People come from a far, whether by plane or car, and decided to choose Hampton Inn to spend their valuable days for relaxation and meet positive people. You would want to see jolly people, and that they are happy to see you. Thanks again to Destiny, made my stay very much enjoyable.

Good location, great staff & breakfast. Whole property needs updated & maintained. Room was not that clean & bedsheets would not stay on the bed.

The beach is right out back and we loved our balcony room!

The ac in the room didn’t keep the room cool, even when turned down to 60. The maintenance team came in to repair. We were told that it needed to be replaced. They were supposed to replace it the following morning. They didn’t. They instead brought us a box fan. We were told that the hotel was sold out and could not move us to another room. No bill adjustment, room adjustment, nothing.
