Pool area was large and clean. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Beautiful view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was quite pricy for dinner. Breakfast was more reasonable.

I love the outdoor pool with DJ and was near restaurants and shopping. Water in shower and tub did not get hot only Luke warm

The view was amazing, we were in a Jr. Suite with two double beds and bunk beds for tje kids. It was spacious and clean.

The pool was filthy. It was real cloudy. You couldn't hardly even see the people's feet in the pool and there was green algae growing in it.I expected a lot better from this quality of a hotel.

Location one the beach was great. My door was open when we first got to the room after Che king in. My room had rust around the tub. The curtains did not close. The cleaning staff cleaned under a table while I was sitting at it and stepped in front of me when I was going to get on an elevator just to sweep it. The staff was not polished.

Hotel was clean and close to the beach and many activities included. We did have issues though, door in restroom was a struggle to close and shower water was either burning hot or icy cold.

The pool area and water looked dirty

Nothing other than the staff Poor quality, extremely old and used, moldy, too expensive for the quality provided

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. Our room was not cleaned at any point during our stay. The cleaning staff stopped one door before ours on day two. I called the front desk and they said the cleaning staff was extremely busy and they would add us to the list for the evening and send someone up, yet no one ever showed. On day three they came into the room, picked up the trash I put by the door, collected the dirty towels I put by the door, and dropped off clean towels without cleaning the room, making the beds, or anything else. They advertise that if you purchase a pool pass you can use the pools at their location as well as five neighboring hotels, yet all of these hotels that we went to stated they were no longer participating in the pool pass as of two weeks prior to our stay. This is the absolute worst Hilton location we have ever stayed at. Do not go here, save your money and stay elsewhere.

One of the clerks was RUDE!!!!! And put my party in the wrong room and lied about accommodations.

I decided to Upgrade my stay to a balcony Suite. Sooooo worth EVERY penny. This property is constantly updating the exterior and interior. Room was clean, fresh, modern. The Tiki bar was beautiful. Perfect for tons of Sports viewing with the BEST view of the Gulf. My 14 and 17 year old were extremely comfortable in the room and the hotel had great music by the pool for families getting that beach vibe. Hotel staff was extremely professional even with a lobby full of guests. Can't wait to book my next visit.

Waited an hour and a half to check in (and we arrived AFTER check in time.) molded blankets, bed bugs left numerous bites on my kids, leak from door ran into the carpet they wouldn’t address and it smelt like mildew, and was told breakfast was included when it was actually $24 a person.
