Great trip for kids. Wonderful activities like pirates and mermaids at the pool, on the beach, good food on site.

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Impossible to run out of things to do. The best staff. Awesome rooms, drinks, food and activities. Highly recommend!

The staff are great, but this property doesn’t come close to comparing the PCB property. Much nicer, larger rooms, better food, no waiting for breakfast. No up charge for breakfast(the buffet is not a normal Buffett, very small). Being threatened about pool towels. We come down every year. This is the first time staying here and it will be the last. We will go back to PCB or Bonita beach. One waitress was super nice!! Lazy river was nice. Beach is not private so when you spend a ton of money renting beach chairs you have a good spot public people come and set up big tents in your view! Sad! Room has carpet so it feels wet all the time due to the moisture and heat here. Highlight was eating some good food in town and seeing the blue angels. Shelling at fort Pickens so nice, quite way less people!!!

For the adults, the daily beverage service was of exceptional quality, consistently exceeding expectations. Overall, our time at the resort was truly outstanding. We confidently recommend this establishment to anyone planning a trip to Pensacola, Florida, particularly those seeking a destination that seamlessly combines excellent service, family-friendly activities, and superb dining experiences.

There are pirates, mermaids, and movies! They also have Henna tattoos and hair wraps. It’s a great place for families.

The staff was beyond helpful. The resort sent daily texts checking in and replied to our requests promptly. I was also very pleasantly surprised with the sound proofing of the room. Despite the nightlight available outside, we heard none of it. A very pleasant stay and would return here again!

Staff super friendly and accommodating! Everything you need in one place!

We just stayed one night and it as in a great location. The only thing that makes it a lower review is that I paid about $800 for 1 night and breakfast wasn't even included. They want you to pay $25 per person to have breakfast. They did not even offer complimentary coffee. If im going to pay that much it would be nice to have atleast something included in rhe stay. My bed was also a bit hard for my liking. Other than that this is a great family friendly resort site lots of activities.
