SpringHill Suites Pensacola Beach

Breakfast terrible, pool it clean . Staff nice and helpful. Beach view ok.

Were there for a short stay but was definitely impressed. I plan to use this property for future trips to Pensacola. Pool amenities and access to the beach were awesome. Staff was very helpful.

We had a great time here, everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Tiki bar staff was fantastic, will come back to see them even if we don’t stay here.

Mattress left a lot to be desired, staff was awesome

they had a power outage….Well we got there around 2:30 and couldn’t check in until 4pm. That’s fine, but then we tried to check in at 4 and room wasn’t cleaned. He said come back in 15-20 mins. Around 4:30 i’m in a line to check in and room still wasn’t ready. Finally around 5pm we were able to get up to our room. The sheets were damp, it was hot (76 in the room) and the floors were not swept or vacuumed well. the bathroom had a hairnet, hair in the sink, used razors, and an earring. there were no trash bags, and the room had a slight smell. Other than that, the amenities were great and the staff were very friendly, but the rooms were not cleaned well

Hotel is very nice especially with kids. Pools are a nice size, complimentary towels and a the bar came in handy. Was able to relax while the kids enjoyed themselves. Complimentary breakfast was okay, best part was the grits. Location is nice, on the beach and close to a lot of the restaurants and things to do.

Proximity to the beach is unmatched. Not too many kids at the time we stayed. Beautiful amenities great parking. We had to ask for room service to bring towels. They don’t have a restaurant on campus. The Wi-Fi is very poor.

I loved the view from our suite, we had the Gulf and pools and the beautiful beach and coastline. The one thing we felt that was missing is a light in the entrance where the microwave and fridge are. It seems there should of been a lamp on the table maybe. The point is that you cannot see to read the microwave and do the settings. We had to use our flashlights to see it.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the pool was maintained well. The complimentary breakfast was also tasty and the staff made sure everything was well stocked. Highly recommend!

Loved everything about our stay here! I don’t have one complaint. Everything was great, the room, the pools, the breakfast, the location, everything was A+

Rooms were well cleaned every day. We had an issue with the bathroom sink and within an hour of when we reported it, maintenance was there and it was fixed. Everyone was very friendly. The view of the gulf from our room was fantastic!
