Surf & Sand Hotel

Great place! Beach, restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Rooms were clean. Would stay again.

Our flight was delayed and we missed our 1st night: they were very understanding and kind enough to credit that night. Location was perfect : on the Sound with a small private beach, gorgeous pool and across the street from the Gulf Beach. Walkable restaurants and shops , yet peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful as is the woman running it. Front desk staff was very friendly! Loved the bikes and even if we didn't kayak, awesome to have them. GREAT place to stay, very chill.

My wife and I stayed over the weekend and the view was amazing. Normally we have to keep our dogs at home bc we stay in bnb's, this place allows animals so we are looking forward to bringing our babies next time

Amazing! 10/10 would come back here. Short walk to beach and pier. Super lovely front desk staff. breakfast was great, smaller than other hotels but still happy. Love the free paddle board, kayak and bike offerings. also loved the access to the bay and pool on the property! What an awesome gem in gulf breeze!

A couple things here and there but overall for the price I can’t complain. It’s an older hotel so it’s expected to show some age. Complimentary breakfast was good, ice machine and elevators worked, and every staff member we came across was very helpful. Plus, everything is within walking distance. Overall I would recommend others to give it a shot!

This hotel is budget friendly, for beach prices. The overall room was clean, but the room could use some deep cleaning for the mold. The beds were very comfy, and the sheets were soft. It is very conveniently located for walking to most restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way.

For the price, I expected the property to be much nicer. I felt like it was a renovated Motel 6.

Convenient, appropriate for the price of the room. Breakfast was good because it was the staff member that made us feel at home. She's great.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. The breakfast was the best! Staff was kind and helpful. The walk to the room had a lot to be desired. The stairway, handrails and floor all need upkeep, but the rest of the place was very nice. The convenience to the public beach and restaurants was super.
