We love the you can walk across the road and be at the beach and enjoy everything. We come every year for the beach brawl events that happen there on the beach. Wish they would start the breakfast earlier than 730

The property hallways, outside handrails, stairwells exterior doors, are in terrible need of pressure washing and painting definitely need a full time maintenance staff if there is not several employed , parking lot trash everywhere, very poor landscaping ( trash ,paper, cigarette butts) the interior of the room was clean and average . parking fee of 10.00 each night was extra, the pool had lots of debris in bottom leaves, sand, gunite was dirty. pool was very disappointing , shower area by the pool had green slime all over the bricks. the staff was very attentive and helpful the breakfast was average for hotels in the area, the biggest plus of this hotel was the location, and convenience to dining, night life public pier and beach. I sincerely hope that the management was take specific note to these critical areas, I am undecided if I would stay here again, if so it would be for location only.

The location and staff is amazing, I liked that they are open pet friendly so I enjoy to stay with my puppy I think rooms need some improvement, they did some but beds are not the best and bathroom shows aging.

Loved the location loved the rentals staff was great Pool wasnt clean when we arrived but we were early and our room was ready early. The beds were not comfortable they were very firm

I like that it actually has a private little beach, free kayak rentals and the pool..pool closes the beach don't!!

Location, dog friendly, fantastic breakfast. I cannot say enough about the location. It's fantastic. It's close to everything. I never used my car the entire time and they have a cute little golf cart taxi service that can come and pick you up and drive you all over the island. My complaint would be the beds are very hard and not supportive. The only other thing I would complain about is the bathrooms weren't very big. I rented a king size room one bathroom. Just a little tight in there to get dressed and to hang up bathing suits.

They charged 3.5 to use my credit card and wanted to charge for parking also added 1.98 to my credit card.Will no be back.Sink drain slow this time.Floors never clean

Check in staff were great, knowledge and enthusiastic! Pool and private beach on premises, as well as a laundry. And just across the street from the public beach. What more could you ask for?!?!
