If you prefer a hotel that has the rooms entrances inside of the building, I would suggest another location. It think because of the extra floor and elevator, they didn't have to call it a motel but that is in fact what it is. It was a little misleading to see that when we showed up but other than that great place to stay if something like that doesn't bother you.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast was great! Good location!

The property looks a bit dated as you approach it first, which is further confirmed when walking around outside, going up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and along the outside walkway that connects the 2nd floor. The location is excellent if you want to take in the vacation vibe that Pensacola Beach and the surrounding area offers. Interestingly, it's not loud or noisey however. The breakfast buffet is standard continental fare. The coffee is good. The pool area is adequate, and the small beach area out back overlooks the water but not the Gulf. Everything is expensive during the time we went at the end of June, and we were told that the last week in June and first week in July are the 2 busiest weeks of the year in this area.

The ac units were extremely loud - between that & the screaming kids at the pool every night (usually until after 10 pm), it was very difficult to get any sleep. The photos reflected online made this hotel look updated & nice - it was small & looked like everything is from the 1970s.

Great location and friendly staff. My bathroom had black mold growing at the bottom of the door frame.

Staff was great, view was nice but not worth the money. It’s run down, ac made noise all night even when not blowing. Old and used room. Only good thing about it was the location. Pool small, cloudy and full of kids. Beach was small and water was not nice to be in. (Not their fault but that’s part of the selling point). $10 a night to park on top of the high price. Overall red roof inn type of hotel with Hilton pricing.

I liked everything about the hotel absolutely no complaints I would definitely stay again on my next visit

i liked that it was close to everything, the staff was nice, loved having a beach for the baby, loved having access to kayaks, and thought it was nice that breakfast was offered.

The location was central to the beach and activities in Pensacola! On-site parking was great. The WiFi did not work our entire stay. It wasn’t troubleshooted at all. The front desk told us to try again later. We tried each day and were unsuccessful and with work and a child, this was very disappointing. There was also a good amount of sand on the floor upon arrival. And we had to deal with it on the bottoms of our feet everyday. Very annoying.

Convenient location and price is very reasonable. The night staff is terrible. If you have to interact with them at all you are made to feel like a complete inconvenience.

I paid $500 for one night, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel was dirty, the bed sheets smelled bad, and the outside of the property looked neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the breakfast was unacceptable—the eggs were undercooked and seemed almost raw. For the amount I paid, I expected a clean, well-maintained hotel with decent food. It was definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend staying here.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and it’s in a very convenient location. Walking distance to everything around. I had a fantastic time. Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

The staff was really nice, always watching that everyone gets what they need and also really nice people. The hotel is a little “out of date” but it is ideal for beach vacations. We were just on night there and hope to be able to come back and enjoy more. Thank you very much …!!! Nothing, it was perfect and really nice. Just to notice, we found two cockroaches in our room but got rid of them.
