The Pensacola Beach Resort

Great hotel, great location, great pool and staff.

We stayed in a room with two queen beds, a balcony, and a Gulf view, and the room was HUGE! The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious and stocked with plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Our balcony was large, private, and had an absolutely amazing view of the beach. Sitting out there and taking in the view was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay! The pool area was really nice as well, and I loved that they provided towels to use by the pool. Another HUGE plus was free parking! So many resorts charge $50+ a night for parking, so having complimentary parking was a major bonus. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Taylor at the front desk! She was SO sweet and immediately made me feel welcome. She hyped me up about my outfit and my hair, and as a girl, I can appreciate a true girls’ girl! She was such a bright spot during my stay. The resort also offers golf cart rides to nearby/local spots, which is such a convenient touch. The rides run off tips, so definitely show your driver some love! Overall, I absolutely loved this resort. Great room, beautiful views, clean property, friendly staff, free parking, and so many thoughtful amenities. I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait for my next stay! 🌴🌊💕

Hotel and facilities were excellent.

This place was very pretty and very nice and the staff was very helpful and whatever we needed. I highly recommend anyone that goes to Pensacola to stay there.

AJ at the entrance was very helpful. The not-so-good: Our room was not cleaned. Front desk employees were not very helpful or friendly.

We absolutely love it here! After coming 2 years in a row, we've determined this will be our annual home away from home.

Nice beautiful property and a very good location. Comfortable bed and nice big balcony. It would be a good idea to leave the coffee out for guest instead of taking it away at 7 am.

The food, and the late night swim Nothing

The tile decking is very slippery. I slipped a couple of times and saw a man slip and have a pretty hard fall.I mentioned it to the front desk. Hopefully they look into it. Overall great stay. We will be back
