The location was great. They had board games and a lovely pool. The self-serve parking was nice too Since the hotel is on a public beach, there are not chairs on the beach-so you have to bring your own or rent chairs. We rented and it was a fine experience. Just wish there were some already included. The beach bar was not open on Saturday and that was a disappointment

Wonderful place. Very quiet. Right on the beach. The staff was exemplary. Could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The beach was very nice and not crowded. The pool was also very nice, and the bartenders at the pool bar were great.

My wife and I recently stayed at The Pensacola Beach Resort from September 29 to October 1, and words truly cannot capture how breathtaking the entire experience was for us. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by the stunning pool views, the gorgeous coastal backdrop, and the serene, welcoming atmosphere that set the absolute best tone for our getaway. Every corner of the property radiates comfort and elegance, making it feel like a true slice of paradise right on the water. ​The facilities and staff were nothing short of exceptional, providing top-tier service that made our stay smooth and deeply relaxing. Whether we were unwinding together by the resort or taking in the incredible scenery, every moment felt magical and refreshing. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect destination to share, and we give this place our highest recommendation to anyone looking for an unforgettable beach escape!

Perfect location, awesome pool area, great beach views!

We ran out of towels and had to wait to get some sent up. I wish the front desk folks would have told us that the beech chair people in front of the hotel had nothing to do with the hotel. It would be great if the hotel itself would rent beach chairs at a reasonable price.

Unfortunately there was a leak in the lobby and some of the rooms, effecting our stay. But everyone on staff did their best, trying to accommodate. We will try to stay there again, another time.

Everything exceptional except for balcony railings were covered in bird poop

Excellent hotel right on the beach. Great pool deck as well. Only issue is the charge for beach chairs and umbrella, this should be included.

Shower had mold in it . People were talking about it at the pool . I do love this place . 3rd time I’ve stayed here . View. Staff , cleaning ladies all excellent . I want to give this place 5 stars but the price u pay and to have mold in the shower

The maintenance staff and front desk was extremely helpful and nice. We had to switch rooms because of A/C unit breaking down 3 times. That was after they put another unit in the first room and it broke down. That was a long drawn out process waiting and finally getting another room. Having to pack up to move rooms. Hotel didn’t over any discounts or compensation for the problems. The restaurant on site is subpar at best. The garage parking was small for my SUV, spots are very short. Hotel maintenance said that all rooms are getting new A/C units next year!! I will stay there again as the location is great and not overcrowded.

I loved it because it was on the beach! I loved everything!

Great view from our balcony. Having direct access to beach was lovely! The pool and pool deck were very clean. We had an early flight and so had to check out at 3:30 AM. Our flight was cancelled so I called the hotel at 8:30 AM to see if we could return to our room (check-out was at noon) but we were told that was not possible. It was disappointing since we spent less than 12 hours in the room. We were able to book another room but had to wait until afternoon to check in. More beach towels would be nice - guests at the pool tend to grab towels and hold onto them, so when we headed to the beach there weren’t any towels available.

This is property and location is overall amazing between the ocean and bay views and clean grounds and great food no reason to leave just stay and relax already planning our next trip

Beach was great but details were misleading when it came to chairs and umbrellas available at the beach it was t clear that those items would be an additional cost

Everything was very clean, there was perfect access to the beach from the pool, and the staff was very friendly!
