The experience was absolute! The staff was glorious! We loved our stay. We will be back for sure.

This place was everything that a quick get away could be I would stay there over and over again. It was a wonderful location and the perfect views of the gorgeous beach was breathtaking. But let me just rave a little bit more from the time of check-in the front desk ladies were amazing giving you great information to make sure you enjoyed your stay. But it gets better yall in my Louisiana voice 😆. Now see AJ the BEST Concierge in Pensacola Fla. BABY when I tell you this man took so extraordinary care of us. He made sure we got to all the places we wanted to go and he didn't just drop us off he made sure that we were going to be OK and checked in before he left us. And if we were done before he got off he would come back and get us. I was so grateful to have someone who didn't really treat us like tourist if we asked a question about a excursion or a restaurant he gave us his honest opinion and I always appreciate honesty. This won't be out first or last time staying there I promise. Thanks for making my weekend getaway so AMAZING 👏

My stay was exceptional. I was impressed with how the staff was so friendly. The property was immaculate. Our room was immaculate as well. You are in walking distance of some of the great restaurants. The only complaint I have is the cost of the beach umbrellas and chairs. It's not a part of the hotel package. It's rented out by a third party company. Don't let that deter you. Just bring your own. I will be back!!

My family and I really enjoyed the hotel. Clean, great food and friendly service. It would of been nice if beach chairs were part of the amenities. Spending an extra $100 per day is steep considering the amount you pay for 5 nights. But would highly recommend!

Hotel was great place to stay for a beach getaway. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Beach front was far enough from public beach area, so not too busy. Only complaint was the tiki bar by the pool closes too early in the evening.

This is the best place to stay on Pensacola Beach!

Wonderful

We always stay here for summer in Pensacola. Our whole family many days trip for summer gathering. Over the years, since previous management under a different affiliate hotel, we found the new management with good staffs. However, we need more renovation in room lighting fixture, and bathroom amenities need update starting with shower stalls, bathroom door, and in shower floor needs maintenance. Great food and locations around with private beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Pensacola Beach Resort! The hotel was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the beach was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. We had a great family vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in an oceanfront Suite with a corner balcony with views of the Gulf, beach and harbor. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this facility. Very clean, great beach and parking access, good food, and great service.

We had a good experience at the hotel. However, for the quality expected I had a few details to mention: My room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom shower head was not working properly, and they were to place a maintenance order for the following guests to arrive. The pool area was too crowded during the day. I guess it is too small a pool for the type of crowds visiting. The beach was clean and beautiful but not because of the hotel management. The beach chairs were provided by external sources, and no additional services were made available ( drinks, food, or miscellaneous )

Had some issues with the room ac was not very cold. Also the hygienes in the bathroom all the bottles were completely empty didn’t get refilled thankfully we had our own hygiene.

The resort was clean, the beach was clean and service was great. The restaurant was a bit pricey but food was fantastic! Honestly the best meal that i ate in pensacola! Definitely would return!

I traveled alone and felt safe. The service was excellent everywhere I went. The food and drinks were very tasty. I did not feel I needed to leave the property at all
