Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach by IHG

Room had a lot of rusty stains in the floor and the shower tub would take for ever to drain . Towels are so hard and stale , had to use my beach towel all the time. There is no washer and dryer . I would not recommend staying here , I have stayed in cheaper hotels and costumers service was great and hotel was super clean with friendly staff , the worst part is that they don’t tell you about the $150 deposit on top of the 2k I payed for 3 nights which check in is at 4pm so you lose most of the day , I was charged another $150 at check in , it be nice to know before we book. Overall I didn’t like it and will not be staying here ever , there’s better hotels for better price and no hidden fees and costumer service that make you feel welcomed ! Seriously costumer service front desk needs to be a little acknowledgble of guest and a little more friendly , at least try to fake it , that lady with the long hair and glasses looking all annoyed because I ask a question and would always ignore me , but with white people she will be super nice , if you are black , Latino , or Indian or any other color , avoid this hotel , and I better get my deposit back because hotel was in very poor conditions and beach front wasn’t even worth it , we drove to Destin , Miramar beach instead and we regret so much not staying in Destin inste

The restaurant was nice. The staff was great for the most part. No restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday. Need to change up daily since people stay multiple days. Need more parking.

Every space in this hotel was clean you had staff regularly cleaning wets spots from beach and pool goers. The breakfast was good and hot always maintained. I love they have coffee all the time but I would recommend maybe hot cocoa for kids. Ocean front views breathtaking. Location was good close to the pier and walkable to several restaurants.

Enjoyed my stay! Everything was peaceful and clean. The staff did a great job cleaning our room while we were downstairs enjoying breakfast every morning. The breakfast was amazing, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved this hotel. The beach was great! Breakfast included is a must for my boyfriend whenever he stays anywhere. This place had a fantastic selection and all of it was great. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our Holiday Inn Express stay had a clean comfortable inviting atmosphere . The staff was friendly very welcoming and helpful with answering the many questions that we had. The setting was perfect nice pool Beautiful views of the beach. Tons of shells. The breakfast cinnamon rolls are Delicious and pushing a button for two pancakes was excellent only food item we were really looking forward to having was bacon and there wasn’t any however the variety of the other foods were plentiful and AMAZINGLY YUMMY

Very clean and nice place to stay but the staff aren't the nicest at all. Not all of them are rude, there was a really friendly older lady on the overnight that was super nice other than that, the rest don't hardly speak to you and can tell they have to be "nice".

The coffee is fresh ground. It was so good. I spoke to another traveler. Who said they actually order it online and have it shipped home. Thanks for the stay. Thanks for the kind staff. Will be back for the coffee!! ☺️☕️
