Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Beach by IHG

This was our second stay at this property. We love that every room has a view of the gulf. The only reason I’m doing 4/5 stars is because the AC fan never went off, even on auto. That made the balcony very loud and extra hot with the vented air on constantly. Also, there was one employee at check in that wasn’t overly friendly but all other employees we interacted with was wonderful. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. Being right on the beach was beautiful. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and you can’t beat it being free too.

The staff hospitality was great! Breakfast has a great variety of both hot and cold choices. Our toom was clean and the cleaning staff was outstanding. Great location for all we wanted to see and do during our stay! Thank you!

Great services and delicious food!

The manager amended the situation upon check out with a discount. But that meant no solutions were provided while we were there for the entirety of our stay and the room smelled like urine the entire time. This was my second time staying here but I'll find other places next time.

Such an incredible location! The hotel was very clean and well maintained! The breakfast was delicious and all the staff were kind and helpful! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Located On the beach. It was Wonderful Could never reach the hotel front desk from the room. It was always Busy.

Breakfast buffet was warm, and delicious. Had egg white and normal egg options for omelettes, as well as cereal and pastry options. (Unlimited coffee yay.) The beach was about a minute walk and was accessible from our lobby. Super convenient especially for night walks on the beach!! Clean rooms, peaceful view from the balcony. Hotel isn't big, but honestly that's what I liked the most. It was quiet and calm. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed was comfortable,room was very spacious and shower was great and they use dove products Pillow was too soft head went straight to mattress, room had no insulation hear everything neighbor was talking about, and air-conditioning was very loud kept waking me up everytime it would cycle bk on through the night

It’s clean and beach front great No restaurant, no bar so if you stay here you have be willing to fight traffic to just get a bite to eat are drink.

Beds are a little high for me. I'm 5' and struggled a bit lol
