Good for what we needed

We loved this place an the workers was very nice and helpful

If you’re staying at this property, I would try to stay in the main building. The building not connected to the main on that we were in was not as nice as the main one. I will say the room was very clean inside and the beds were very comfortable for the off main site building, but not around it.

Room was clean! Large room lots of space very comfy bed with lots of covers, freezing cold AC, large bathroom and adjoining space with extra counter space and the refrigerator is twice the size of the usual mini fridge with a nice size freezer. Nice flooring and decor, good internet, nice TV.

Great place , great place , exceptional staff

My issue, overall, was the room. We didn't use any amenities. The floors were disgusting. I'm not sure that have been swept for days on end. I hate having shoes on and I walked around the room and felt disgusting. I got a hand towels and wiped my feet off and there was dirt all over the towel. The bed....there were long hairs all over the top of my bed. While the sheets looked decent, it makes you wonder how many other short cuts were taken. Did they actually change the sheets? Did they actually clean the toilet? Not a fan at all of this hotel. Didn't leave feeling confident!

Clean rooms, in need of some maintenance, helpful staff. Breakfast could use an upgrade

Check in was fast and the lady was friendly. The pillows had stains and one had mold. One of the chairs had mold and they were aware of the issues because they have damp rid bags hung up in the room.

I liked the beds There where only small towels in the bath room and I fist room had a huge hole in the wall.

The staff was friendly, and having free coffee available all day was a nice perk. The beds were comfortable enough to get a decent night's sleep. Unfortunately, the rest left a lot to be desired. The shower and bathroom ceiling had mold, the bathroom door had to be lifted just to close it, and the courtyard was littered with broken beer bottles, cigarette butts, bottle caps, and other trash. There's also no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Breakfast consisted of honey buns, muffins, and granola bars...fine if you're in a hurry, but don't expect much. The biggest concern was security. The front desk gave my friend a key to my room without asking for ID or contacting me to verify it was okay. That was honestly more alarming than anything else because guest safety should never be taken that lightly. If you just need the cheapest place to sleep for a night, it'll work. But if you're expecting the property in the photos, or basic cleanliness and security, you may leave feeling a little catfished.

Facilities were clean. I did not use the pool but it was a nice feature to have. I asked 3 times to get new towels and they were never brought to us. We had to use our beach chairs. Also I needed an extra night and was told that I could not reserve the same room. I had to book another room online. When I did this and came back to check in for my new room I was told that they did indeed keep us in the same room. Communication would’ve been nice because we removed everything out of the room because we thought we couldn’t have that one. A simple phone call could’ve saved us the trouble.

How clean it was. The t.v never worked.
