staff was great

The housekeeping staff were great execept for one individual but we cleaned and policed our room for the entire stay due to our dogs. The night shift desk person was great but the day shift desk person was rude and obviously under some drug influence. The room was clean and working but e beds was not good as it was on a bad frame and uncomfortable. It also has a significant amount of long stay residents and were not very polite as it comes to the smoking and pot usage. The pets rules are not enforced as it come to picking up the dog waste. It is a shame as it could be a great place.

Loved the room and hitel we stay here often. The only downside was the smoking area was right next to the window of our room. We heard a lot of phone conversation from guest smoking. And the tube and shower was to short for a 6'3 fella. You had to step into the jacuzzi tub to take a showe. Low ceiling. Bit other than that this is an awesome hotel! We will be staying agon on our next trip to Pensacola.

If you’re looking for a place to stay on a budget, you get what you pay for here. Beds were not the most comfortable, the floors were dirty, cleaning has to be requested, and there were people smoking marijuana near our room. It serves its purpose as somewhere to sleep while away but if you’re looking to stay somewhere nice, a little bit cleaner, and more comfortable I don’t recommend.

Rooms are well cleaned Workers are out on property all day I like staying here and will stay again and again!!

My absolute favorite staycation so far. I got the Captain's suite. This is a 2 bedroom Jacuzzi tub room. The staff was amazing. I had a small issue in my room and they worked very fast to fix it so I could could continue my vacation. I would definitely stay again.

Genuinely don’t understand the other positive reviews. Not once in my life have I packed up my things and left a hotel due to such poor housekeeping. There was dirt and bugs on the floor, trash in the bathtub and trash underneath the bed sheets. People outside my door drinking and doing narcotics blaring music and talking loudly. When I go outside to load my things there is some dude leaning on my car. Hotel won’t refund my money so I’m going to have to dispute charges through my bank now. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else or sleep in your car.

It was great

Hotel itself was great! Room was decent..not sure if it had been a water leak in the bathroom but gnats was always in the sink and roaches was in the bathroom.
-
I would like to say that the king bed was sooo hard I had to leave a day early because my back n my shoulders r still sore. Went to use the washer n the front desk had no quarters n

Almost nothing was as advertised. The "Continental breakfast" was coffee and packaged muffins. The "mini-suite kitchenette" was just a full sized refrigerator and microwave. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations from the next room over at all times of the day and night. And the shower looked to be either dirty or beyond stained. It was a place to lay your head but not as accommodating or comfortable as the pictures made it to seem

Good stay overall

Room was clean and shower was nice, the floors were a bit sticky and greasy for some reason though but the staff was super helpful and nice. Parking was easy and A/C was cold so that’s nice!
