Rooms were nasty and horrible

Nothing this hotel was nasty Beds dirty comforter sheets were nasty rooms were nasty Being so nasty rooms dirty beds sheets dirty could not stay at this hotel and hotel front desk said they would refund my money but it hasn’t happened as yet

This is the dirtiest, nastiest, worst smelling hotel I have ever stayed in, and on top of that the employees kept just walking in our room at random times with their master card, which was very inappropriate and uncomfortable. The first night we closed the door and went to sleep and woke up with the door open, so someone had come into our room while we were sleeping and didn’t close the door back, which is very unsafe. We had no privacy because we were worried about them walking in on us at all times. We will most definitely not be staying in this hotel again. It is very unprofessional and ran poorly. Definitely not safe. We had a one year old baby in the room.

It's a messed up hotel doors wouldn't locked correctly seen rats in the room roaches everywhere

Our room had a musty smell to it. I had to ask for towels as there weren't any in the room. The extra door lock was broken off. There was no blanket on the bed. Only a sheet and the bedspread was as thin as a sheet as well. We had a door to the parking lot but could only access the room from the hallway which was not air conditioned and smelled also. I will not be returning to this hotel.

I didn't like it. Any of it because it's not clean and I have to deal with some weird smell in the hallway that leaks the smell into the room Everything that I've been listing and the fact that I have tried to get a new cleaner and better room

I saw 2 roaches. There was black mold in the room on the bottom part of the wall. The toilet string kept falling in the back of the toilet I had to keep reaching in the back to flush it. There were no towels at all in the room. A guest before me pants and boxers were still in the room. No tv remote. I asked for a smoking room but got a non smoking room.

Not a damn thing The atmosphere walking in was hot and moldy smelling. The door cards didn’t work. There was broken windows and AC units falling out

The room was dirty I had to re clean it the soap was used and i woke up to roaches crawled on my head at night. I didn't like how I had only and shee and one pillow for a king size bed and the bed cover was so thin and dirty I couldn't sleep with it nit to mention food was left in the refrigerator from previous customers.

Just find a different place to stay. This isn’t the place you wanna stay

Everything. Stained sheets, couch, floor. Plaster broken in walls. Gap in back door big enough someone could watch me sleep. Smelled awful. People were clearly living there and a bad element.

Paid for two rooms. One was not clean with clothes, bathroom gear, and nasty bed in room one. Room two outside door was open when we got to the room. Floor was nasty in both rooms. Staff did get us a better room for the un-cleaned room. Hotel needs some “TLC” and better cleaning staff. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Price was cheap but still not worth the neglect and poor condition of the rooms.
