Hotel Del Sol

The room was dirty I had to re clean it the soap was used and i woke up to roaches crawled on my head at night. I didn't like how I had only and shee and one pillow for a king size bed and the bed cover was so thin and dirty I couldn't sleep with it nit to mention food was left in the refrigerator from previous customers.

Absolutely nothing. Didn’t even stay. Walked in and seen roaches running around in the room, black stains all over the bedding, bugs in the bed, and the room had a foul smell. Requested a refund and was denied. Left and had to go find another hotel

Just find a different place to stay. This isn’t the place you wanna stay

Everything. Stained sheets, couch, floor. Plaster broken in walls. Gap in back door big enough someone could watch me sleep. Smelled awful. People were clearly living there and a bad element.

Paid for two rooms. One was not clean with clothes, bathroom gear, and nasty bed in room one. Room two outside door was open when we got to the room. Floor was nasty in both rooms. Staff did get us a better room for the un-cleaned room. Hotel needs some “TLC” and better cleaning staff. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Price was cheap but still not worth the neglect and poor condition of the rooms.

It was horrible. It wasn’t clean it smelt bad. It had bad bugs and roaches. I want a refund. I didn’t even stay there.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the staff. They do the best with what they have. It has definitely earned its 2 star rating from other people, so I won't go into more detail. otherwise, the beds are soft, the sheets are clean and as before, the staff make you feel right at home.

I had never in my life had a terrible experience! This place needs to be rebuilt or closed down! I had to cancel my reservation that I had for two rooms and two nights! That place is infested with cockroaches and rats I really don’t want to write this but Expedia is insisting me on write a review so here is! Just the true things transparent my intentions never is to hurt a business but we as customers deserve better!

Key card didn’t work. Room was filthy. Stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned my room. Never will I stay here again

I thought rats were in the room but it was just the druggies in the hallway everything

I like nothing about it we got a very dirty room then another one. Found drugs behind tv and coos arrested a killer there the next morning. Everything. Nasty unsafe trashy. Would not clean the room or give a refund.

There were dead roaches in tub no towels in the room and locks broken on the room door
