do not stay here. waste of $500. roaches EVERYWHERE as well as spiders. smells like cigarettes as soon as you walk through the door. people walking everywhere and yelling at all parts of the night (bad part of pensacola) very nasty hotel. black mold in ceiling and floors and holes in wall, don’t even look like carpet has been cleaned in years.

It was dirty, had roaches, the fridge and bathroom were dirty. Only stayed one day and need my refund for 5/5/2026

terrible experience i was harassed trying to check into my hotel from all the users that are hanging around the property. i was followed by 4 guys to my room. my room key i was given didnt work and i was unable to enter. i went back to front desk and told the owner, i also told him that my child and i didnt feel safe to stay there. he refused to give me a refund. he called me prejudice for wanting to stay there. The owner followed me to my truck harassing me. i had to call the cops on him. be aware do not stay here

The staff was friendly but thats the only nice thing I can say about the hotel the sheets were filthy cob webs and mold in the room. They treat the hotel as a all time living spot for drug heads u could hear people all thru the night outside hollering. One person from out of town checked in his room and found a needle. Definitely would not recommend staying here especially if u have little ones!

I left, parking lot not safe. Random people wandering around property. Hallway had trash on floor, door damaged with fist marks and room was filthy. Pictures on Expedia are either false advertising or over 30 years old. How is this hotel allowed to be on this site?

Worst place!!!

This place seriously needs to get shut down. The boss, manager, or owner whoever it is treats the staff like crap. The is not a hotel it’s a dump! Seriously shut this place down asap!

Room was dirty bathroom wasn’t clean

There was not a remote and the TV was on. It was FILTHY, trash in the room... just everything was gross and disgusting. I have pictures but that isn't an option. And the fee is non refundable. Front desk people and residents were nice but DO NOT GO HERE.

The front staff was nice and helpful . We rented 2 rooms, one we could never get to open, and it was dirty, the sheets were stained and carpet had not been vacuumed, not wiped down. We went to ask for a different key, but never were able to get it. So every time we wantedt to get back in the room we had to go up front to ask them to open our room. The other room was still dirty but not too bad. There is definitely a lot of improvement to be done.

La peor experiencia que he vivido, había cucarachas por toda la habitación y encima de la cama, la habitación tenía olor a moho, sin contar que el baño se está callendo a pedazos y había shampo usados por el huésped anterior. He tratado de comunicarme con el manager de este hotel y no tuve respuesta oportuna.

The room was dirty, the rodents didn't let us sleep, like cockroaches, we had a terrible experience.

This place is a terrible place to stay. We had to stay there cause they didn’t have nothing available when we walked in inside the room. There was roaches everywhere inside there no towels nothing I will never stay there again.

No puedes dormir con el ruido ay arañas no sirve el refrigerador ni el aire DEBERÍAN clausurarlo! Cuando entras casi es para vomitar ! No dan desayuno ! Ay cucharachas en la cosina ! Muy mal organizados

The only thing that was OK with the property was the lady out front was nice but it took her almost 30 minutes to come to the front desk when I got there to check in I had no toilet paper in my room. I had no towels the bathtub had a big crack in it so if you stood on it by accident, your foot got pinched in the little hole that I had and then when you walk in the room, it smells like cigarettes and mold, and there was sausage laying in the middle of the floor like the maid service people does not clean the rooms like they need to be cleaned. It was absolutely terrible a big old cockroach in a bathroom dead up under the sink no blow dryer. I had stated this property numerous of times and I never had problems like this. This is the absolute worst and then the gentleman in the morning literally followed me out to my car talking about oh, I can give you this price with the taxes and everything.

When arrived it looked ok, old but ok. Got into the front desk and I started to smell all kind of smells. Didn’t got instructions to get into my room. Started to go around the property. This place is so dirty, and it is falling apart, can’t believe they have permission to operate. When found the room, their was a women offering services, their were two guys bbqing, this was at 12 am! When walked into the hallway to get to my room you can see the door was half broken, the carpet was coming off, I almost fell coming into the hallway way, just walking in the hall way a smell of weed and cigarettes attack me and I started to have an asthma attack and this area was non smoking room!! I tried to enter the room and the card didn’t work! I wasn’t able to get into my room. I went to the front desk again. There was no one, there was another customer waiting to be checked in and there was no employees. After 15 min of waiting I left my card of the room in the register and walked of the place coughing and feeling sick. Again, it is a shame that this is even an option on Expedia.

Location ok Catered to prostitution and drug activity. Terrible

The room itself had no towels or wash cloths. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.The entire 3 days I was there the room did not get cleaned after my first night there.
