my go to in the Cola. staff is great.

Great staff helpful when needed . But the cleaness was a plus for me.

As soon as we walked into the room, there was a roach, crawling around on the ground of the bathroom, outlets did not work and we heard noise all night long. The staff was helpful and very attentive, but the place is kind of ran down and wasn’t in a great area.

Great staff! All three of different desk members I interacted with were personable, friendly, and helpful. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby and everything in the hotel is very convenient not long walk to rooms, etc. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Also the cable TV had a number of channels not the limited variety sometimes get. Although you really couldn’t walk anywhere it was five or 10 minutes to any food or groceries, etc. I stay at both Hilton and Marriott and the level of service was comparable and the comfort of the bed and room as well. I would say probably the only thing that was a cost cutting measure would be the towels as they were not your thicker variety. But it is very well priced for the stay.I will definitely plan on staying there the next time I am in Pensacola.

Clean the pool area a bit and don't allow smoking in that area. Could not enjoy the pool area because of this.

It works for what it’s worth. Not the best hotel and certainly not the worst.

⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! It should be illegal for Hotels.com to offer this “hotel” it is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The wall and baseboards were covered in dog urine. The bathroom has mildew and mold in the handle Rust stains and pink mold on the floorboards. There was a throw up that had clearly happened on the wall and landed on the carpet God knows how long it’s been there. We could not even take our shoes off. The photos that they’re showing online is false advertising! The grabbing go breakfast is a complete joke as is the pool. Also when your door shut it will not lock. Women be aware!!!!!! it is in a very sketchy area with rundown movie theater and amusement park that looks like it’s been vacant for 10 years. There is a reason you cannot leave a Google review. Because they know what they’re doing and hotels.com is supporting this and it should be illegal. I have 20 different photos of the absolute filth! Also they know it’s horrible I’ve never been in a hotel room that uses plug-ins.

The staff was very helpful and this hotel was a great value for the price. It was also located in a great place. Close to the airport and the mall. The parking was easy and the area felt very safe. The pool area was very well kept. We would definitely consider staying here again.

muy confortable

Room was clean ish, but smelled musty and old. Shower had the weirdest way to turn the shower from faucet head to shower use I’ve ever seen, signs are all over the bathroom though. Area around the hotel seemed sketchy but no issues, pool was bath water warm but had to ask at desk for pool towels.

It was fantastic and the price was awesome - pretty close to NAS Pensacola and the pier (about 20 mins)

The pool was clean as well as the pool deck. It was located conveniently close to almost everything. I will be staying here for all my future trips to Pensacola (which is often)

Small beds but bad for the price wish they had more options for the little breakfast like fruits 🍎 🍌🍊

Clean staff friendly

Very nice location, close to anything you would need and easy parking. I didnt see too much staff but when I did, they were very nice and helpful. Its a pretty small hotel, only 2 floors but it was peaceful, clean and cozy. I would book here again for sure.
