can’t complain at all for the price, building is definitely a bit dated but no odors and no mold and no pests. the pool could use some cleaning. it’s in a pretty good location and really not bad for the price! i’d come again

Nice room no breakfast. Not too large a hotel.

At first I was skeptical about the location but I was so pleased on how quiet and safe it was and very close to palafox st. Wich is a main street for shopping and restaurants. Also only 15 minutes drive to pensacola beach. And a 8 min. Drive to breakfast table restaurants and it was delicious very affordable. The elevator broke down but it was the only issue. The staff could ve friendlier with execption of the overnight worker dont remember her name but she was very nice. Over all I would recommend and stay there again

The room was clean and comfortable. We've stayed here a few times. The breakfast items were very minimal to go items. Like muffin or sweet roll and coffee.

Very noisy outside room and hall. Air conditioner also very noisy.

We just had a quick overnight stay but would stay again. Super nice people and clean hotel.

Staff - friendly and helpful However the room had so many flies. I had to buy traps and kept spraying with Lysol. Property ran down a lot since my first stay former luxury suite hotel. Furnitures need upgrading - broken/chair dirty Overall I gave the rating 4 because of safety, that was my main concern traveling alone.

Hotel Pensacola was exactly as described. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the bigger fridge!

It was a nice hotel to stay in didn't have any breakfast did not have a spa or hot tub pool was outside so with it being hot out it was even hotter with the pool it was all around a nice hotel but I will not stay there again

Great staff helpful when needed . But the cleaness was a plus for me.

As soon as we walked into the room, there was a roach, crawling around on the ground of the bathroom, outlets did not work and we heard noise all night long. The staff was helpful and very attentive, but the place is kind of ran down and wasn’t in a great area.

Great staff! All three of different desk members I interacted with were personable, friendly, and helpful. There was always coffee and water available in the lobby and everything in the hotel is very convenient not long walk to rooms, etc. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. Also the cable TV had a number of channels not the limited variety sometimes get. Although you really couldn’t walk anywhere it was five or 10 minutes to any food or groceries, etc. I stay at both Hilton and Marriott and the level of service was comparable and the comfort of the bed and room as well. I would say probably the only thing that was a cost cutting measure would be the towels as they were not your thicker variety. But it is very well priced for the stay.I will definitely plan on staying there the next time I am in Pensacola.
