OYO Hotel Pensacola I-10 & Hwy 29

Good location

Old run down hotel ppl walking and talking all thru the night and half of the room was extremely hot the ac was only on one side then they had the audacity to call it a suite im glad my kids weren't with me they would have sweated the entire time in that room and not to mention the gigantic holes in the walls

ROACHES EVERYWHERE ! I came in from Louisiana for 4th of July weekend so I wasn’t aware of the location. Soon as I entered the room it was roaches everywhere, spiders in the corner roaches on the bed !!! The lights didn’t work. It looks absolutely NOTHING like the pictures !! IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO ASK FOR REFUND ! ZERO STARS HORRIBLE ! Instead the manager insisted on showing me another room HE!!NO ! NO THANKYOU! REFUND PLEASE!

The pictures that were used to advertise this hotel were fraudulent. There was a huge mold patch in the shower, the lock securing the adjoining room door was/is not going to prevent breaking in, the light fixtures were rusted really bad, floor tiles are sticking up and just might cut a foot. Nothing like advertised.

Did not have a good night stay there, door frame was all busted up and a bunch of riff Raff hanging out outside. Random people knocking on the door asking about stuff. Was up most of the night.

Some repairs need to be finished. Definitely in need of new towels. Great $$$ . We Just needed a place to sleep and leave at 6am.

It was ok It had bed bugs

Este es el hotel más malo y asqueroso que jamás haya visitado, debían cerrarlo , toallas empercudidas por no decir sucias lo mismo las fundas de almohadas con manchas de sudor, tuve que usar sábanas que llevaba para poder acostarme sin contar la peste dentro de la habitación

It will be a nice place if it was upgraded the bed was bulky. It took me a while to get comfortable or should I say fall asleep the staff was great, but the place really needs to be upgraded for the price I paid. It just seemed old and rundown. He needs a makeover.

Staff was friendly but the rooms were awful. Mold on the ceiling, the walls look as if they are crumbling. I left and found another place to stay.

It was clean The room was in quite a rough shape

Everything about my experience with OYO hotel was horrible.

Did not like a single thing!!! blood on walls, cigarette holes in all sheets, blood in the bed, black hair in bed pillows bath sink toilet. Floor was sticky floor was soaked where leaking air conditioning. REFUND IS NEEDED. Didn’t even stay the second night

I will just say this,I would rather stay at my car that one night on that hotel,is so filthy and shady.

No soap or shampoo. Small bathroom. Bedding was shabby.

AC is ice cold and everyone is so friendly

The bed sheets and towels were dirty. Patchy paint and holes throughout the walls. The lock on the door was broken. Terrible! Not at ALL like the pictures in the advertisement.

I've been booking at OYO for years. They have the best prices in town. The rooms are always clean. Never had any issues.
