Dirty damaged room and roaches

The breakfast was awful. I had to go ask for a remote for the tv, they had a coffee maker in the room no pot or anything else.

Room 118 had mold on the roof of the room, no remote to the TV and the door to the room and bathroom didn't close or lock it tried to talk to management and the front desk woman said she didn't want to talk to me.

Room had bed bugs. Me and my children got eaten alive. We now have a skin infection

The buildings were in serious need of repairs! The pictures do not reflect what the property looks like! The breakfast room only had a waffle maker, some sausage and cereal! The rooms smelled of smoke even though we booked a non smoking room! The floor in our room hadn’t been swept or cleaned! There was one towel, no hand towels or wash rags, no shampoo! No cups, way to get ice! Absolutely would not recommend or stay again! Also, the outer doors did not lock or were propped open so not a real safe feeling!

Nothing Rooms nasty, had to get rooms moved cause tv was falling off wall and didn’t work, no room service unless asked and when we did they still did not come, room left in room from last guest in floor swept behind lamp, and sheets and blankets dirty

This hotel had bugs/spiders in the tub and refrigerator. The rugs were dirty everywhere. Holes in walls. Marijuana smell all throughout. We immediately checked out. The worst place I've ever seen.

Nothing No hot water, tv didn’t work, rough area, roaches everywhere, room was bad damaged.

Nothing. It was a dump Everything. The room was falling apart, the hotel smelled like moldy pot, the tv didnt work so the receptionist had to come fix it while wearing a tight dress that showed her cleavage and climbing on the table to fix the tv which almkst caused her dress to rip exposing herself to my two underage sons. The pool was green and not taken care of, there were bugs everywhere and they refused to refund my money. I tried to call corporate about it to no avail. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I believe my money should have been returned so I could find more quality accommodation elsewhere. Im still waiting on my deposit to be returned. I would like a full refund.

Bas area and room smelled bad. Not safe. Windows didn't lock

The pool was murky and not clear. The so-called breakfast was just some steamed turkey sausage and bread.. there was a waffle machine but the batter was dry and old looking. When I open the bread box flies came out

There was a $100 deposit that I wasn’t informed about and was a huge inconvenience then the room had roaches, the door to the rooms was never locked! And I’m pretty sure that’s how someone ended up getting murdered across the hall from our room!

The room was nasty sheets weren’t clean. The room wasn’t clean hair was all over the towels, it was only 3 towels no face towels. Room walls were busted up. Paint peeled from the doors. Looked like a drug hotel inside. I asked for a refund but they made it clear no matter what refunds are not an option. I will never recommend or go to this place again. My family and I left. I wasn’t going to allow my kids to sleep in there. Uncleanliness, unprofessional and the hallway were even nasty.

It was dirty, pool was dirty it didn’t smell good we didn’t even stay we canceled and lost out on funds

No sent in pictures of how awful the room was. And staff was unfriendly.
