Quality Inn Pensacola North

This hotel had bugs/spiders in the tub and refrigerator. The rugs were dirty everywhere. Holes in walls. Marijuana smell all throughout. We immediately checked out. The worst place I've ever seen.

The pool was murky and not clear. The so-called breakfast was just some steamed turkey sausage and bread.. there was a waffle machine but the batter was dry and old looking. When I open the bread box flies came out

There was a $100 deposit that I wasn’t informed about and was a huge inconvenience then the room had roaches, the door to the rooms was never locked! And I’m pretty sure that’s how someone ended up getting murdered across the hall from our room!

The room was nasty sheets weren’t clean. The room wasn’t clean hair was all over the towels, it was only 3 towels no face towels. Room walls were busted up. Paint peeled from the doors. Looked like a drug hotel inside. I asked for a refund but they made it clear no matter what refunds are not an option. I will never recommend or go to this place again. My family and I left. I wasn’t going to allow my kids to sleep in there. Uncleanliness, unprofessional and the hallway were even nasty.

It was dirty, pool was dirty it didn’t smell good we didn’t even stay we canceled and lost out on funds

The location in relation to the beach was the only thing that was as advertised. The room smelled horrible when we got there & I had to clean the bathtub before we could use it, still we only used the shower, no one would sit down. There were bugs in the ice from the ice machine. There was still trash in the can in our room from the previous customer. There was black mold in one hallway. There was a room with its door sealed shut with duct tape. Breakfast was sausage that didn't look the right color for sausage, two very plain cereal choices, and milk. I would have been more comfortable in a tent in the woods and that's saying something in the summer in the south. I was overcharged and paid hotel prices for a roach motel.

I am not a smoker of any kind and all you could smell was weed. It was horrible. We only stayed here because we couldn’t find anything else available on our last minute trip. The receptionist literally acted like the saying “I just work here” no smile no greeting. Breakfast was not edible.

Room was dirty,had roaches, paint peeling everywhere, curtains tore and falling down, shower leaked,smell was horrible,TV had no signal, place is run down.

Location only Roach infested, mold everywhere, plumbing bad, leaks everywhere, no hot breakfast like they said.

It was close to restaurants & stores It was very run down, nothing like the pictures online, sketchy people/staff, poor service front desk & house keeping, dirty rooms, doors didn’t lock, horrible breakfast nothing they had that they said when I called, I can keep going on and on it was a HORRIBLE STAY, but we couldn’t leave cause we were far from home & was on vacation.

Our room had roaches in the hallway, bathroom, and on the ceiling, stained or dirty linens, only two towels for a room reserved for four guests, almost no toilet paper, and an air conditioner covered in what appeared to be mold or mildew.
