Hampton Inn Pensacola-Airport (Cordova Mall Area)

This property is very convenient! (Located within walking distance of the Pensacola airport!)They also have a shuttle you can call and they immediately come to pick you up. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast looked exceptional! There are also several restaurants close by. Honestly… I loved it all!

Night clerk was gracious but otherwise it was a third rate experience.

Overall one of the most underweliming hamptons I’ve ever stayed in. Website mentions ev charging but it’s not offered and you have to pay for parking. No complimentary toiletries were not available and the beds were uncomfortable.

The room itself was mediocre. Our blind did not work. (It was motorized. I reported it the first morning of our stay, but nothing was done.) Therefore, we had to just keep it down. No one cleaned our room over the three nights we were there--not even empty the trash. A housekeeper did knock and ask one day if we could use anything. I requested towels, so she did give me them. We witnessed a loud verbal argument between two staff members at one breakfast. One was using the "F" word at the other. The pool was nice and something we very much came to this hotel for. However, I noticed the same can and bottle laying by the pool area the entire three days. Someone did come and sweep the pool on the third day, but obviously, no one cleaned the general area of the pool. It seemed like a higher end hotel with a conference there, so I just expected more from the hotel and staff. The pool was the best part.

It was in a convenient location for what I was doing for the weekend. The room was well insulated from outside noise. I actually forgot I was beside the airport. The staff was very amiable and quick to help. Cost is an easy go to in today's world. Overall, I have no complaints. The room I originally booked was still not available by 3pm check in, but staff was quick to offer alternative options, so even what could have been bad was negated by your wonderful staff.

Great location to catch an early flight

While on vacation, I slept in the room one night and woke up to a terrible reaction to what looked to be mold on the box spring and the bed skirt. Reported to the front desk and sent the GM of the facility a note that I was suffering from what looked to be mold on the bed.

Everything was very good except for the view from the room we were given when we checked in. The view was of the air conditioning unit on the roof next to us. It was hard to see the area view around the hotel because of that. We had booked a king room with a sofa. We think there were other similar rooms available with better views. So why did we get this room?

Great location if you’re flying in/ out of Pensacola. Not much else around there. The pool area & workout facilities were very clean and well kept. Our room was nice but very damp, the air conditioner ran all night.

Staff was outstanding, location was amazing. Room smelled like mold and our clothes actually were damp when we left.
