Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Airport - Medical Center

The rooms are worn and in need of updates. The faucet in our bathroom leaked continually and smelled of mold. This is an older HGI.

the location was nice the room was very old and run down. it didn't seem very clean either , I found someone elses towel on the chair in the room.

I enjoyed my stay! I think there could be better lighting and some ventilation in the bathroom but other than that the room was good!

Bed comforts sheets was dirty inside report to manager and swap room, pool closed didn’t was posted when booking pay attention to cleaning crew to install clean sheets every time

Instead, the room was outdated and showed significant signs of neglect. There were stains on the walls, peeling paint in the bathroom, rust around fixtures, and furniture that was scratched, worn, and clearly past its prime. Most concerning were the visible stains on the bedding, which made me question the cleanliness of the room. When I brought the stained bedding to the staff’s attention, they didn’t seem particularly concerned and offered little reassurance that the issue would be addressed. That level of indifference was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was also underwhelming, with limited selections and food that lacked quality and freshness. For what this hotel charges, guests should expect much better cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay fell well short of expectations, and I left feeling like I paid premium prices for a budget-quality experience.
