Hyatt Place Pensacola Airport

The hotel is worn down. Needs an upgrade. Cleanliness was an issue. I was given a room that was already occupied. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and made a knocking sound which made the stay uncomfortable. The sheets had stains, the sofa was dirty and stained.

Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.

Beautiful place to stay

$8.50 parking fee for guests and a $10 fee for non-guests. I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future…

The hotel was close to the airport

The breakfast was great and good variety. Small parking and being charged for parking.

I've stayed at the hotel multiple times. Great being close to the airport. The fact that every time I wanted to go swimming, the pool was always closed. What good is having all these amenities if you can't use them?

The hotel was clean and room was nice. Great water pressure in showers after a long travel day to unwind. Will definitely stay here again!

I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility.

My entire stay went well. My only thing that was a bit awkward the shower the drainage was horrible the water was standing everywhere.

Filthy, old and outdated, poor service.

The staff here are amazing. They are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast is pretty good and the gym was adequate. The pool is a little cold (even for summer.) my only complaint is that the room seemed a little musty and damp and you really should have at least one free parking spot per room.

The locstion I was very surprised that there were no USB outlets. My air conditioner was extremely noisy.

Close proximity to the airport & the thoughtfulness of the front desk attendant. He checked me out. I said needed ride to the airport. Responded immediately with I’ll take you which he promptly did .

We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic, busy with other customers and not willing to help us get it resolved quickly. It eventually worked out and a second desk clerk was very helpful and brought it to us at the airport with great apologies. Our biggest question about this issue is that when they realized they still had my license, why didn't they call our room? Instead they threw it in a drawer and did not attempt to contact us.
