The front desk staff was amazing very friendly very helpful

Checked in and a/c was not working, they quickly moved us to another room, very helpful. Was disappointed with the pool area, indoor pool, so hot in the area you could not enjoy it.

Disgusting. There was mold on the walls and floors, bathroom had a link I would not have stayed but it had a 8.2 star rating. The lobby was clean and staff friendly. It felt clean. Then once we entered the elevator it was like we went into another hotel. I would recommend this place, beside the staff, they were great. The hotel room was filthy.

The staff was amazing and the lobby was very tidy and kept, but the room we stayed in was very dusty, and felt unclean. The shower had yellow spots in it and our lock to the bathroom door wouldn't shut, nor would it stay shut.

Very clean, bed wasn't comfortable but I still loved the room.

Property needs a complete makeover. Furniture is old and falling apart, rust on the metal in the room and hallways. Management needs to take a look at this property

Old hotel

Well … I have not been feeling that well & when I got to room …bedroom TV would not work .. phone in bedroom would not work …to eat in the kitchen my food tveee was literally only 3 knives in drawer & nothing else .. I called front desk because I was cold & ask for a blanket & told them the phone would not work & they said they would bring a blanket. They never did. I cut the heat on because the bedding was so thin. … my first time at this Brand … not impressed at all …

Great stay

The hotel is worn down. Needs an upgrade. Cleanliness was an issue. I was given a room that was already occupied. The air conditioner in the room was very loud and made a knocking sound which made the stay uncomfortable. The sheets had stains, the sofa was dirty and stained.

Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.

Beautiful place to stay

$8.50 parking fee for guests and a $10 fee for non-guests. I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future…

The hotel was close to the airport

The hotel was clean and room was nice. Great water pressure in showers after a long travel day to unwind. Will definitely stay here again!

I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility.

Filthy, old and outdated, poor service.
