Staybridge Suites Pensacola Airport by IHG

I will definitely stay here again on our family trip to pensacola Florida. The time we check in, they made sure we was good with everything. Breakfast was awesome every morning & the small dinner on the evening time. Even when we couldn't spend time at the beach due to tropical storm Bertha they had a nice big pool me and my family enjoyed. Definitely will book again, rooms clean, hotel is clean all the way through. Just a few miles from beach,& eating places. Also the catus Mexican restaurant up the street is AWESOME TOO. This Didn't give us no problems at all. If you're looking for a nice clean hotel to stay at this is this one.🤗

Overall our stay at Staybridge Suites was a positive experience. Staff were great and very accommodating. The room size and layout was excellent! Breakfast was good but repetitive. The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The hallways were a good 10-15 degrees cooler and we had the temperature set to 64. The public amenities could have been better, cups in the pool and no propane for the fireplace. Our fully stocked kitchen had 2 spoons, one fork and a very small sauce pan. When we brought this to their attention they brought us 2 forks. We had to go out and buy pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc for our stay. Being able to avoid doing this was the main reason we picked this hotel. They do supply Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soap. My advice would be to pack kitchen items instead of toiletries. The pictures are a little deceiving. This is not a fancy resort but an affordable place to stay for long term rentals or longer family vacations. The staff definitely earned the 4th star on this review!

Rooms were very spacious and well kept

Bathroom lacked body soap and hair conditioner. Only 1 tiny trash can in the entire room.

I was greeted by the front desk staff. She was very nice and helpful. The hotel and room was clean. We booked a 1 bedroom suite. It was nice to have a small kitchenette to use. Breakfast was included in our stay. They had a decent spread and also have special nights where they serve appetizers and drinks at no charge. The pool was clean and refreshing. The beds were comfy. Showers had actual water pressure and house keeping did come out to empty trash and replace towels for our multiple night stay. The property is in a safe area and was quiet during our stay. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again when in the area.

My original suite wasn’t ready at 4:00 so they put me in a same size handicapped room. Next day, Large spider is the room. Also had 2 more medium spiders . Gave another room it was dirty, Given another room. Had to move to a smaller room wanted to charge same price. Ac sounded like a loud boat motor and toilet ran all night. Other than that, it was ok. After all that only received $50 credit!! Manager never came out to talk or apologize. Desk clerks were really nice and professional!

Last time I was in Pensacola to be with a family member who was at Baptist Hospital, which is close by I stayed at a Hilton. I’much prefered Staybridge not just for the size of the rooms being bigger and the comfort of the bed and the employees who were over the top Nice at Staybridge. The big thing was to me that they had a water machine that you could fill up your water cups or jugs instead of charging you for bottles of water. I loved the full kitchen and the water pressure of the shower. All of the above made it a very comfortable stay and less expensive than Hilton hotels in area .

The rooms were clean and the property was very quiet.

Everyone that we encountered from the front desk to the morning had an attitude made you feel put out if you asked them anything especially the lady that Che led me in finally I stood at the front desk for 10 minutes while I was trying to check in no one was there saw someone cleaning up the food area and walked over to ask if someone worked the front desk he said he would go find her when she finally came to the desk she didn’t apologize she said so you had to wait a few minutes to check in with an attitude not likely to stay here again

Room was super clean, big and comfy! Great location and quiet. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was great. Wish we had tried out the social hour in the evenings…we’ll have to do that next time! Will definitely book here again!

Beautiful little property clean and a great sized room!

Such a welcoming and beautiful place! We came to see our Sailor graduate A-School at the Naval Base there in Pensacola and felt right at home! Breakfast was AMAZING, always fresh and refilled non stop! From the Front Desk to the Kitchen Lady and the Maintenance Man, INCREDIBLE Staff!!! We stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and it was so AMAZING for our family of 6! Sending all the Navy Families that way for sure! Thank you!

I was thoroughly impressed by how clean and modern everything was. This was a short, last minute booking and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else that needs a hotel close to the airport.
