Staybridge Suites Pensacola Airport by IHG

Had a problem with commode not filling. Rain water came in bathroom floor from the wall.

One of the handicap rails broke as soon as we got into the hotel. Fortunately, it wasn’t a necessary one so we did not report it until we checked out. The front desk clerk said that if we would’ve reported it as soon as it happened, they could’ve sent someone to fix it immediately. I have no doubt that would’ve happened. Overall, our stay was quite pleasant. It was very nice, very clean, and all of the amenities were as promised.

Exceptional

Very disappointing experience, especially for a hotel charging over $150 for one night. When I arrived at Pensacola Airport in the evening, I was told that there was no one available to pick me up from the airport. I therefore had to pay for transportation from the airport to the hotel myself, which was very frustrating after choosing the hotel partly for its convenient airport location.

Exceptional

The people were friendly and it was clean. It had a 2 bedroom suite which was just what we needed that no other hotels offered. They also had a free 5-7 social time with Tex mex one night and warm soft pretzels with cheese the other. The toilet paper roll dispenser was about to fall off the wall.

Everything was good. Except no hot tub. Need to get with expedited to make sure things are correct and true. I asked for a queen or king bed got a full size. No bathtub just shower. Just my time to relax after caring for my mother for several years. Worse part right outside the window were a lot of noisy machines that run the hotel. So I checked out first thing in the morning. Just felt old and dingy with the exception of the renovations. They kinda covered up the old turd with new polish. Breakfast was pretty bad. Coffee pot in room didn't work. Haircare and skin products were not good quality. Gym is missing the 12 pound weight, but otherwise okay.

A great place to stay. Very helpful, pleasant staff! Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very convenient to airport and restaurants. Pretty close to beaches

This is one place I will go to stay while traveling. The stafff the parking rooms was all to my satisfaction. This is one of my go to places to stay while I’m traveling. Kudos to staybridge. Your name fits you well. I recommend you.

The queen suite was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids & 2 adults). Pool was a good size & the buffet for breakfast was yummy! We come every summer to Pensacola for the past 12 years, def will be staying here again!

We had no issues. Everything was great!

The room smelled like urine. The beds are not comfortable. The shower was floor level so when we took a shower, the whole bathroom filled with water. They had a drain hole in the middle of the floor. Would not recommend.
