Front desk staff was excellent. I was arriving late due to airline delays and called to let them know and ask about the shuttle. Had room key ready for me upon arrival. Good area. Only drawback is the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I liked staying here so much

The staff, our room and the pool.... the location kept us within walking distance of the little things we wanted to do on a wim.... The internet. worked fine when connected. I didnt like the timing out. Seemed like every time we wanted to use our computer or watch tv, we had to log in... sometimes repeatedly... didnt understand that one, but we are old so maybe we just didint understand it.....

There is nothing that i did not like about this hotel i love this hotel , i stay at this hotel all the time when i come in Florida.. but this time they just had problems with the hot water,

Everything was fine except the internet did not work the entirety of my stay which is as important for a work trip as a clean bed and room. I asked the manager to call me after check out to get some sort of points compensation and have yet to hear back 24 hours later.

Maybe the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. Very friendly staff, loved the pool table and work out room. Awesome pool area with side patio. Definitely will stay again Nothing at all
