Disappointing

The price for the three nights we stayed was very good. Good location. As there was no, "do not disturb sign" to put on your door if you did not want housekeeping to come in, we assumed that housekeeping would come in and give us new towels and refreshment of the coffee supplies. We went and got new towels from the office and he said, just leave the other ones outside which we did. On our last night there, we thought that when we got back, we would have fresh towels which we did not.So I had to go back up to the office and get more. Not sure if this was a miscommunication, as far as housekeeping, or if we should have let them know if we wanted housekeeping.

Breakfast was not served, despite it being mentioned on the page. I thought breakfast would be served, but it wasn't, which disappointed me a little.

They didn't change the bed sheets and pillowcases. I had to use the same ones every night. They didn't cleaned every day too. I saw a bunch of cobwebs and bugs flying everywhere. When asked for the room and restrooms to be cleaned. They responded they don't clean and sanitized nothing. I felt very uncomfortable about them not clean the place, it is very unhygienic.

the bed was too soft.

The staff was tentative to our needs in a timely manner and took care of what we asked, very social with us. Room was very dirty, shower didn't drain correctly, pest control is bad so many insects, knats in room and in drawers. I even had a live good size centipede crawl out of my luggage. Safety was a concern, I had a young child with me and it was not sanitary at all for him. My dad is disabled and can't do stairs but only available side by side rooms were upstairs. That was not negotiable and not ok for him to have to go through that for a 4 day stay. The a/c in my dad's room was also on and off working the entire stay. We felt disgusted to even lay our things down anywhere.

Online they said they had swimming pool and they didn’t. So we didn’t stay

Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch). I called the front desk to let them know we were checkin h out early, the person hung up on me. When I valued back, he said "yes, I hung up on you"...horrible place to stay and would never think twice about a stay here again

It was clean The bed felt like I was sleeping on bricks, the room phone didn’t work nor did the television

They Manager was rude . It's just bad but it was my only option Everything was bad I didn't see no bugs tho

Hotel is located in a quiet area. Room could use updates but it was very clean. Staff was nice.

Convenient Rude night host and the 1st thing I saw was ranch on the wall and it had a bad smell. Very run down.

No towels No toilet paper And just so happen the card I used got a bunch of fraud hits on it after they used it.
