Super 8 by Wyndham Pensacola NAS Area

Hotel is located in a quiet area. Room could use updates but it was very clean. Staff was nice.

Convenient Rude night host and the 1st thing I saw was ranch on the wall and it had a bad smell. Very run down.

No towels No toilet paper And just so happen the card I used got a bunch of fraud hits on it after they used it.

Easy check in online. No pool, the outside wasn't very clean. The room wasn't very clean. Killed a few bugs. There was a tQtip. On the floor when we checked in, the fridge wasn't plugged in and water was on the floor from it defrosting.

Area is not too far from beaches. Surrounding many different shopping centers. The beds are too hard I barely slept.

Roaches in our room, 114. He came in to spray it that night, no resolve. Next day we got to move to 115, no roaches. For the cost it should have been better.

It was the road is staff that I've ever encountered stay at super 8 it's a lot this one was very very disappointing cleanliness towels torn faucets broke staff annoying and disrespectful The staff could be a lot more friendly they're rude they did not give me my points my Wyndham rewards points and everything was a bother to them

The room was clean and remodeled. The toilet had a small leak and the fire/smoke detector was missing.

Great place to stay. Very quiet.

With all the things going on in rooms beside me got tired of them watching me like I was a criminal!!

Yes checked in and right back out and called it was nasty still waiting on my refund It was moldy. The floors were wet, and the bed was wet.

Location was convenient for short notice availability The bed spread and sheets have wholes every where, the towels looked dirty n stained, there was roaches, and the appliances are ancient and need replacing

If you like rude, nosy people, this might be your place. The old Indian front desk guy came over in mid afternoon and banged on my door for no good reason. He said, "She clean your room?" Just have the maid contact me in late morning, like any normal place. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Coffee maker didn’t work but other than that it was good
