Good for the area

Not to much but when we arrived the pool was nasty all weekend and the jacuzzi was out of service ,no one was working on it all weekend.The workout room smelled like mold and disgusting ,like hard to breathe in their so I told the lady upfront and her response at checkout was that nobody else complained lol,nobody ever went in their and the pool was nasty but at checkout in i asked for a discount fur the jacuzzi not working and her response was a look of whatever and no offer but a oh it’ll be working shortly but it never did.first trip to the area and last Same as above terrible

Price affordable. Housekeeping interrupted early in the morning. Pool was dirty, hot tub was not working. Mold on pillow.

Our room smelled terrible. It smelled damp and moldy. Not sure if they turn the ac off in the halls on each floor, but the hall on our floor was hot and muggy! At least the sheets were clean. For the price I expected a little more.

Super clean and beds are comfortable. Price was great. Coffee is abundant! The hot tub was out of order but nothing the staff could do about that. I was only there one night but I'd stay longer if I was going to be in the area.

The room was clean. It had 2 beds and sofa and big. Check in was not nice. The tall slim girl was super rude and not just to me, I saw and heard the way she spoke to other customers and even a pizza delivery guy. Later that night I went by and saw the same girl and another customer was telling her she didn't need to be so rude, she commented on how hard the worker was making the process. The elevator was awful the amount of time to wait. I was really upset about the pool and hot tub. When I look for Hotel, I always make sure they have pool and hot tub. I always even call ahead and make sure the pool and hot tub are open and good to go. Well I got there and the hot tub was closed and the pool was super nasty. The breakfast ended at 9am. I went down at 8am and there was no clean table. No worker in sight. The front desk was always empty and a long wait to get anyone to even come out from the back. There was 1 old hard biscuit, the pancake maker said, "Replace Bag". Coffee area a real mess. My daughter came down about 8:30am and just got an apple. The manager was very rude and made comments that the breakfast was closing. We were there for a Military graduation, a happy occasion so with all this I tired to be easy about the bad hotel situation. But then in the end. After checking out, I got a call telling me that they were going to charge because we smoked in the room. I said no, none of us even smoke at all, for sure no one smoked in the room. $250 smoking charge, we Did Not.

The front desk was very attentive and helpful.

3 minutes from the Navy Base Contractors staying at the property making a lot of noise upstairs.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Room had bedbugs. My 2 daughters were chewed up.We were treated rudely at first then the administrator chilled out and took care of us. Some money was refunded but I still do not feel satisfied. It ruined our vacation and we are now afraid of bedbugs.

I requested an accessible room, but upon check in was told there were none available! When we got to our room, the tub was low enough for me to hold on (there was a grab bar) and step over. The toilet was so low I had to struggle to get on and off it. The worst, however, was the bed. Aside from the fact that I am disabled, I am also only 5’3”. The bed was so high that my niece had to pick up my legs and put them on the bed for me because it was too high for me to get in myself. We called down to the front desk to request a stepstool or something to help me, and the guy at the desk said to my niece. “what do you want me to do about it“. That is absolutely unacceptable. He did not help us, did not offer to help and his only solution was if there was a handicap room available the next day, he would switch us. However, he did not bother to find out if there was or if we could be switched. I ended up turning over a garbage can, and with the assistance of my niece was able to get into the bed. I was exceptionally disappointed in the lack of professionalism and/or offer of any kind of assistance to an elderly handicapped woman. This is not what I have come to expect from IHG.

Centrally located and clean Property appears well lighted and clean

It was close to my destination and breakfast was nice. My babies were there. The pool service was not up to par, no towels, hot tub not working, closed way too early, and very small.

Tub was a little rusted... but still was a good bathroom
