Bad hotel roaches in the lobby. Smells like mildew in the elevator and in the hall ways the front desk ppl was very unprofessional swearing and talking about personal business in front me and my room door was open before I got in the room and the TV was on. I immediately cancelled that reservation and went to another hotel.

Smelt bad and very dirty

No towels, wash clothes, extra pillows or blankets. The floors were disinfected with bleach but not cleaned. My feet & socks were black from dirt. The desk cleark at night was very rude when she was asked to let us in. Apparently, the main entrance is locked at night but since the key card wasn't working and the call box wasn't being answered she took it upon herself to say, "I've told you people, I lock that door for my protection at night and you'll need to come through the side door!" Rude! Never seen her until now and there were no signs or verbal warning that the doors would be locked after 10pm. Do yourself a favor and go to another hotel, this one is definitely not worth it. Might as well slept in the floor gas station bathroom!
