    The room was filthy when we arrived. There appeared to be mould, what looked like blood on the bedding, dirty sheets, and the room smelled awful. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned properly, and it was completely unacceptable. When we complained, Raj at the front desk was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the situation. We then spoke to the manager, Nick Shah, who was rude, dismissive, and obnoxious. Rather than taking responsibility or trying to make things right, they refused to offer a refund despite the condition of the room. To make matters worse, there were no housekeeping staff available to properly clean the room. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and refusal to resolve a legitimate complaint are unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and money—stay somewhere else.

    The room was not the best of rooms had a bad mildew smell and please don’t have a issue where you would need the janitorial they only work on the day shift all our pillows were wet and was told by the night desk guy we would have to wait till the morning to get replacements pillows the breakfast was a 3 at best I never had bacon that was so thin you could see through it and crumbled just like paper when you eat it

    The room was clean, but not available until 4:30 so we waited in the lobby. No offer of compensation for having to wait past the posted check in time for a room. Having a hot breakfast was a nice bonus. It would be nice if bathrooms had fans.

    Bed sheets/linen have stains. Chairs on the breakfast room are not cleaned up after each customer use, chairs have syrup. Staff tho were very accommodating.

    The room was spacious and overall clean. The hotel could use fresh paint on walls and doors. The shower was very slippery. Should place mats in there. The indoor pool needs to be cleaned. The pool closes at 8:30 which I think is too early since the nearest beach is 30 minutes away. The breakfast was pretty good. It was always replenished in a timely manner. The “game room “ games are not owned by the hotel and it took my money. I brought it to Front Desk attention. And there was no way for me to be reimbursed. So imagine if all the guest has this complaint.

    Pool was closed for maintenance but was not a deal breaker. Breakfast was decent, just not refilled promptly so by the time we went to eat at 7:30am, there was only 1 sausage left. Other than that, place was clean.

    The hotel is a little dated, but kept clean. The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were very accommodating to a couple small issues that came up for us that did not have to do with the hotel directly. We would stay there again when visiting the area.

    The breakfast offered a great variety, and items were replenished quickly whenever they ran low. All of the staff members were polite, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The main drawback is that, particularly in the guest rooms, it is evident that the property would benefit from more substantial renovations rather than just cosmetic upgrades.
