When booking a hotel for travel, one expects certain ideals in terms of service, environment, and security. However, hotels often have some shortcomings. The most important thing to pay attention to in a hotel is room cleanliness. This includes changing the sheets frequently, cleaning stains on the walls, controlling room odors, addressing issues in hard-to-reach areas of the bathroom, and ensuring towels are changed regularly. Hotels need to strengthen their management, prioritize people, and provide guests with a comfortable and safe experience. Only then can they be truly trustworthy hotels!

The room was near a conference room which had a huge party going on until late into the night. It was very loud. Not a convient place for a room.

Clean room, friendly staff

Very outdated hotel ,elevator not working in main building, pool closed ,staff not pleasant especially young lady i encountered ,room small and had a mildew smell .

Filthy room, moldy odor, and terrible housekeeping. From the moment we checked in, the room smelled strongly of mold/mildew, like there had been a leak or moisture problem that was never properly treated. I was shown another room and it had the same odor. There was visible dust on the telephone, nightstand, bathroom surfaces, and other areas, plus brown buildup under the toilet rim. The amount of dirt made it obvious parts of the room had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. Housekeeping never cleaned our room, changed the linens, or brought fresh towels. We had to go downstairs ourselves and were told there were not enough towels for all the guests, so they could only give us two. We were also told to bring down our dirty towels before getting clean ones. We even ran out of toilet paper and had to go downstairs to ask for that too. I complained to the manager and was told someone would come clean the room, but no one ever came. The only time housekeeping knocked on our door was the morning we were checking out. I traveled to Pensacola to visit my son in the Marine Corps for his birthday, and this hotel stay was a filthy, frustrating nightmare. Clean rooms, towels, toilet paper, and basic housekeeping are the bare minimum. I would not recommend this hotel and would never stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to shopping and airport

Everybody was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms and the property was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The staff was always available for anything that you needed .

I stayed for two days.. I liked the bacon breakfast. That’s it.. The pictures did not at look like what I walked into and I hated that. They don’t even have room service. I literally ONLY like the bacon breakfast the second day of my stay.. the sausage breakfast wasn’t all that at all.

Our shower could of been cleaned better but overall such a comfortable stay. There was a lack of drawers in our room as well. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect! It is close to everything.

Great location in relation to downtown Pensacola. Quick 10-15 minute drive to plenty of restaurants,museums, entertainment venues. 15-20 to get to the beach. Staff was friendly from checking in to checkout. We enjoyed the breakfast that offered pretty much anything you could think of. They have an indoor pool for rainy days. Would recommend family’s staying there on a budget. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. I could hear doors slamming shut in the hall, people passing in hall conversations.

It’s nice and safe. Breakfast was ok. Front desk lady was nice.

Spacious rooms, pet friendly, comfortable stay

We did not enjoy anything about the stay Everything about the stay made us upset. We ordered in advance, showed up to an unacceptably dirty room that had not been cleaned by the maids. linen slung everywhere, no clean sheets/blankets, no shower curtain, no toilet paper, no garbage bags, dirty ice bucket with dirty fingerprints all over it, EXCESSIVE DOG HAIR IN THE ENTIRE ROOM, hair & crumbles all over the desk, the night stands and the kitchen counter, couldn't let anything touch the floor, hair all in the bathtub. Went to front desk, he said he had no one to come clean the room and said he could not give me a refund and there wasn't anything he could do for me at that time! TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!! all they gave me the next day when the "manager" arrive was 500 points for another stay. WHO would want to come back? Then I see the same hotel the next day listed for over 1/2 the price cheaper I paid on the same Booking.com app I booked through, for the same type of room!!!! Because of how they handled the whole "I cannot refund you" part when they couldn't provide the room I paid for, they will never get my money again. I will be sure to let everyone know as well.

The Location and the nice lady that works 7 days a week. it always smells so fresh and clean when entering I love that. The new guy. No customer service skills just RUDE and He lied about not having any extra towels. His response was there’s towels in your room. I hope not to see Him on my next stay.
