Comfort Inn Pensacola near NAS Corry Station

Good

Air conditioner couldn't keep up. The bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall and the hook for used towels was M.I.A.

The indoor pool was unusable due to being cloudy and not clear....outdoor pool was too crowded. So we opted out of using the pools. Thought it was strange that a bunch of towels and sheets remained outside our room overnight the 1st day they were picked up the next day by housekeeping - not sure what that was about. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay - the employee was very attentive even when guest arrived late.

Our room wasnt very clean and sheets were not clean. I am still waiting on a refund for our second night.

Bed was very uncomfortable and close to the floor. Makes it hard fir someone with limitations to get in and out of bed.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. After driving 11½ hours, we were a little disappointed to find out our room was in the back building, although it wasn't a major issue. The mattress on one of the beds was quite firm, and my son found it uncomfortable for sleeping.

TV partially worked. Outdated. Walls, floorboards, and counter corners look like they needed alot of work. A work in progress for sure. But potential.

Hotel smelled very clean, including our room. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is offered daily. Nice dining area. The staff was very nice and helpful. I didn’t like that the lady at the front desk called me girrrrl like we were friends. All amenities worked. The dryer in the laundry room was a little expensive to dry a few items. $4 for the dryer and $1.50 for the washer. Overall my stay was good. No complaints here.

Beds were comfortable

The room was clean. The amenities were nice every now and then you might hear kids running around but aside that I really have no complaints. I would definitely come again and plan on doing so.

They are very nice, My room was great except it smelled from them cleaning the carpet and it was still wet. The outside pool needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was great .

Our room was very large and clean. We all enjoyed the breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Everyone made eye contact smiled, most spoke a greeting, when asked for help or questions they fully committed and were helpful. The breakfast was ample, fresh, well staffed with a wide variety. Everything was clean and fresh through out the hotel. The drink station in the lobby was always available and the lemon water improved our days in the heat. Luggage carts made loading in and out much easier. All in a very pleasant stay. The beds seemed a little narrow and the wall around the shower showed humidity damage as most of FL does but nothing but normal wear and tear. It cracked me up that all the landscaping seems to be fake plants but I’m guessing that allows them to make sure everything stays manicured. The indoor and out door pools were lovely. Again, I was amazed at the level of care from the staff. When we were in the pool housekeeping checked to make sure there were enough towels available, which there already were. A+ we would stay here again traveling with the family.
