Baymont by Wyndham Pensacola at NAS Corry

The host's attention was really good.

Nice room. Well cleaned. Friendly staff.

The cleaning ladies were very help full. There was only one washer that worked. Parking was ok. The grass was very long and unkept. It was walking distance to a lot of food places that’s was a plus.

So we ended up coming up a day early we got there at 3 am but wanted to reserve to sleep the room to sleep and asked if we would be able to just keep the same room since we had a check in at 3 pm for our original reservation. The front desk didn’t even want to give us a room and wanted us to come back at 6am and she could do an early check in and charge us $50 for that. While it would of saved us $30 we were tired and ready to get out of the car for the night! She finally gave us a room and waived the deposit! We went back at 9:00 that morning and talked to front desk about keeping the same room for our new reservation! They did but said the deposit was mandatory and made me pay the $100 deposit. When we asked about the breakfast it was nothing we would eat! It was an apple, orange, peanut butter crackers, a muffin that wasn’t wrapped, a granola bar, and a box juice. The pool is shut down and there is no gym. There were 4 of us and we only had 3 towels in the room so when we wanted another towel they didn’t want to give us one because they wanted the others back! We finally got them to understand we didn’t have enough! But if we needed clean towels we had to take all our towels to them to get new ones because you couldn’t get house keeping to bring anything because the phones didn't work! However, the room was very clean! The double bed rooms are a tad small but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway! The shower water got hot and didn’t have any issues with noises!

There was no hot water. The outside of the building looks like it was being repaired. The room was very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping. The only guy I seen as staff was very helpful.

The staff were okay, and overall it was a comfortable stay. I heard they've been remodeling, but that's no excuse not to clean the rooms before giving them to guests. They could do better with new management, honestly. In terms of cleanliness, it's a zero. The price wasn't worth the headache of a dirty room.

Pool was nt usable. Parking lot flooded. Grounds unkept. Employee had limited English at check in.

Amazing very attentive and quiet

It is a sad lonely motel. The motel was almost empty during out stay. Pool covered, no amenities. Registration clerk was nice but nothing was asked of him. Deposit on the room was excessive.

Scammers don’t go there took my money and lied and said I never showed up because I told the dude at the front desk I didn’t want to stay because it looked bad.

When we checked in, we expected clean sheets clean blankets and pillow cases however that did not happen. Our blankets and sheets and pillow cases was dirty with dried blood and then the staff only told us that we have to bring down the stuff for us to switch it off when it should have been done in the first place.

Horrible place. Bugs. No shower curtain upon arrival. Provided a dirty one. Shower barely worked. Asked to repair-did not. Dirty floors. TV hard to operate. Stained pillowcases, stained towels. Asked for more towels was told I had to bring my dirty towels to the front desk! Asked for maid service was told I had to stay in the room as she cleaned! Felt unsafe. Left early would not refund me!! Ran by two Indian men who do not care!! Horrible experience.

It's okay for the price and short stay

Employees were friendly

Please avoid this hotel at any cost. They have fake advertising pictures in their profile and it’s the oldest filthiest gutter you can imagine. I accidentally left my phone behind the bed and they have avoided sending it back at all cost. We have constantly called time and time again. I let them know before hand if they don’t call me back I will call the Pensacola Sheriff department, they immediately got aggressive and yelled through the phone saying some very gross things. I did call the sheriff’s and have put a police report for theft of property. These people are filthy, disgusting and corrupt. They made up half of their reviews as well. It’s a fake advertising hotel. It’s absolutely ridiculous how disgusting it was.

Water was not hot, spider webs around window, roaches!

Room floor made everyone’s feet black. Asked for more wash cloths and was told there were none because they needed to do laundry. Pool closed in July. Comforter cover had stains on them.

It's that floor was filthy. Had to clean the floor our. Self. Bath did not drain, right? Bad neighborhood.

Luke warm water. Pool was closed. The property was in bad condition and was unkempt. Over bad experience and I recommend no one stay there for the price charged.
