The staff was wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom suite with a fully equipped kitchen, which was perfect for our family. Waking up to the ocean view every morning and watching the breathtaking sunsets every evening was truly unforgettable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Laureate Key West to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation!

Clean room, stay was good

There were rips in the couch, stains in the bathtub and bathroom. The room was super smelly and it just wasn’t great. We couldn’t stay. The staff member at the desk was super helpful and understanding. Ultimately was able to get a full refund for my room. The room definitely needs updating and better cleaning.

Everything was good. The only thing is the pool closes to early and you have to have your own towels for the pool. And there are no chairs at the pool. Not really a big deal. We like to go to the pool when we get back to the room around 8:30 or 9 and the closes at 8. And they don’t have an ice machine. Just ice in a bag and you can only get so much. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will be back!

Staff was amazing, room was awesome, will stay again

The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night.

room smelled AWFUL, all the staff was amazing though, the room had so many flies in it it was very nasty, cigarette burns on the bedsheets and bathtub, don’t go here for general safety.

I was a very basic stay. My only issue is that the bathroom had basically holes dented in the floor and the tub had cig burns in it.
