Roaches in the room, water in the hallway all weekend due to a leak of some sort. There is no breakfast at all, no coffee either. The door to get in has been broken for weeks. I have stayed here for a few weekends because my daughter is stationed at Corry. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.. BEWARE!!!

The room wasn't the cleanest--the floors were weird and both waxy and sticky, there were water rings on the furniture, and the toilet didn't appear clean (the bowl may have been stained but if so, get a new toilet). Do eat at the Filipino restaurant across the street--that's great.

Disappointing

Too expensive for the price

Soap bar was very small- to skimpy. Old mattress and junk piled in back of building by parking lot. I had to shorten my stay due to serious family medical problems. The staff was hospitable.

No buggy or cart for luggage to be used I put online the option to pay on arriving but my card had already been changed the full amount. My room was with a kitchenette since we planned to do some light cooking of meals. Stove did not work at all and stove light also didn't work. No garbage cans anywhere...looking down the hallway each morning nobody else has them or supplied trash bags either....all sorts of random bags where used for trash. They did find us one small garbage can to use out of another empty hotel room. No sitting area in the room beyond one desk chair at a desk. The area I'm guessing for that was just empty. No toiletries, soap, or any of the usual/typical stuff at all. I've stayed in plenty less expensive rooms than this and never seen this anywhere else. No extra toilet paper and nobody was found when needed to ask for more. We just bought some before returning for the night. Very small bathroom with low water pressure Breakfast consisted 2 kinds of cereal, some frozen waffles and a toaster, and some very BAD coffee, milk, OJ, and apple juice. one towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel. Had to go find someone to ask for more. Hallways were very hot and humid Definitely needs new pillows Mattress too firm and uncomfortable No towels for pool and the pool was cloudy All these things added up fast and I wouldn't recommend it at all....

The property overall was amazing, the shower had really good hot water, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The only dislike was the side entrance closes to the pool being open and unlocked most of the night.

The hotel was terribly dirty. Hallway floors is looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time. In the room we found stained linens, a dirty kitchenette, and several bugs- including a cockroach. Left as quickly as we could.

From the moment of checking in until my checking out, I had multiple issues with this place. First was the TV set to Spanish and none of the remotes had good batteries. Then, it was the noise. It started when staff did not enforce the pool policy which stated it closes at 10 and I had to call front desk to get them to quiet it down cause it was 11 pm. Then I had to call the front desk because another family allowed there child to run up and down the halls at 2 am. They woke me up out of dead sleep. The coffee bar in the mornings was always dirty and lacked additional creamer or sugar. The pool area was never cleaned after pool closed and there was belongings and trash everywhere. The laundry room had one operational dryer that barely worked. The rooms lacked individual coffee pots, no maid service signs. No hair dryers, no extras to make the traveling easier. The breakfast bar area trashed was not taken out for 4 days. The front desk attendant wasn't always available and when I was locked out my room the sign at the desk said to call this number but I couldn't because my phone was locked in the room. They did not have a phone on site if you didn't have access to a cellphone. The entire first floor smelled like Marijuana because someone was smoking in their room. I witnessed multiple drug deals in the parking lot near the dumpsters. One occupant had a dog and the dog parked or whined for almost 4 hours daily. The dogs whines were so loud that I recorded the dog from my room.

The rooms were spartan, just the bare minimum of amenities, at check in the front desk person would not let us check in 30 minutes early because it was shift change.

I paid for a room that had a kitchenette in the kitchenette stove was broken in two different rooms and I didn't get to get moved to a room that had a working one until two nights into my stay they also had a few cockroaches that come out at night seriously.

N/A Checked in on 7/1/26. Pool was closed due to maintenance issues. Room had roaches. Continental breakfast next morning was coffee, tea, juice, milk, a few small muffins with gnats flying in the storage container, cereal (but no spoons available with which to eat cereal). There was a toaster, but nothing available to toast. Front desk staff was asleep at desk at 7:10 am. We had to awaken him to ask about spoons. We were told that none were available and they were waiting on a delivery. We were scheduled to check out on 7/4, but checked out the morning of 7/2 due to poor quality of service.

The cleaning staff performed exceptionally, and the accommodations were excellent. To enhance the guest experience, I recommend ensuring a sufficient supply of breakfast items to last beyond 7:40 AM. On this occasion, the coffee dispenser was empty, and only a single pancake packet and cereal were available, with beverage options significantly depleted. Given that breakfast service is from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, it is crucial to maintain adequate stock throughout this period. Otherwise, the hotel provided a pleasant stay.

There was nothing that I liked about the property. It was all horrible. They did not have any towels for any of the guest. The shower was broken. They had roaches and ants, and it stunk.
-
but the room was not clean and washroom was very bad, mold all over the peeling ceiling
