Very clean hotel. Close to good dining and shopping options.

Breakfast was okay. Furniture was stained in a lot of places, the TV in the living area did not work. Housekeeping never showed up to service my room, maybe I should have requested? Elevator and other pieces of the hotel were very outdated. Walls were thin - I heard conversations and early alarms through the walls. Probably won't stay here again.

Breakfast was great. Great shower products in bathroom great water pressure. Beds were terrible needs to be replaced dents and slopes completely worn in and uncomfortable need new beds and softer blankets. Pool was not very clean

The hotel is starting to show wear. The only time our room was tended/towels changes/trash taken was 5 days into our stay. The water in coffee had a foul taste, which was unfortunate. The front desk was pleasant. I’ll look at other hotels next time.

The staff was incredible. The room was clean & the bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful. The only disappointment I encountered was the tub floor's finish was gone. It looked bad. Thank goodness I carry a bath mat, problem solved. I will definately be staying there my next visit to the IL Valley.

Clean and attractive I had called ahead about breakfast choices because I can't have gluten and it can be hard to find safe food while traveling. They said they have bacon, eggs and sausage. The bacon and sausage were already gone by 7:30 Saturday morning, no attendant to ask for more. The eggs were in sandwiches, so were off limits for me. Cereal was all gluten containing. I only was bothered because I asked before booking and got bad information. I had to go to the store to put together something reasonable to eat.

Perfect location between destinations. Many dining options and stores for last minute items. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Loved the blueberry infused water.
