Junior suite with 2 doors, one with "maid lock" on and response from manager was "we cannot just give you a key to the other door." Shouldn't that be told to us upon arrival? Better yet, perhaps put a sign on the door not to use the "maid lock." Club lounge has snacks, but they are as old as Twinkies. Lounge Bar could not handle to influx of FIFA folks, I'm sure "staff shortage" as the reason...

Hotel was great. Only downside was the breakfast buffet, which was very poorly maintained. Hot food was cold, many items were empty. No glasses or cups for the self service juice area. Not worth the price

Clean room, awesome breakfast options and staffs were super helpful. The bar/lounge options are great too.

:) excellent location and helpful staff

Nowhere to get something to eat in the hotel at 11:00 pm on Saturday, July 4. Plus had to wait over 30 minutes to get a drink at a woefully understaffed bar. Paid over $250 for a room but the hotel wanted another $25 for breakfast. Not a great experience.

the breakfast buffet was very good. the breakfast staff super helpful and friendly. happy hour a different story. we served ourselves many times when then we're staring at their phones. still what an amazing menu. food was delicious.

Needed extra bedding for a fold out chair, was accommodated within minutes. Location was great all around. Wished it was more than a one night stay for the World Cup. Will absolutely return!

Bar stool at bar worn out need to replace

The room was perfectly fine for a 3-night stay. The bed (mattress) was comfortable. The location was very central in downtown Philadelphia, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The worst part of our stay was that there were protesters outside the hotel on the days we were there. They made an incredible amount of noise, resulting in severe noise disturbance.

It was a good stay. Extremely helpful staff

I ordered a Ceasar Salad in the Cafe. It was a bowl of chopped ice berg lettuce. I barely touched it.
-
Local bar-restaurant. Great staff, food and drinks
-
Was disappointed that the room wasn't serviced during the day, which apparently was caused by a workers strike, and the ice machine wasn't working. However we got a good discount so not complaining too much. Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was easy as was check out.

Convenient downtown location Facilities a bit dated Elevators smell like disinfectant which is always a little off putting Fine overall

Overall, I would consider staying at the Sheraton again. On site parking garage, friendly staff, efficient housekeeping, cafe personnel were friendly, rooms were very quiet for a city hotel! The only negative was the picketing union members outside from 7:30 am until the evening. That shouldn't overshadow the other hotel staff who were completely gracious hosts. The only negative would be not having an indoor pool for down time and double beds vs queen size beds. Other than that, hotel was nicely located, clean and centered to all attractions and SEPTA stations.

Great experience

Great location, clean room, great shower, great lobby with restaurant and bar, plenty of elevators and great hospitality during the World Cup weekend Brazil x Haiti. Really nice touch offering pretzels and juice before guests leaving for the game! Staffs were in great spirits and friendly. Everyone had a great time - I would definitely return to this hotel.

Nothing. Even the small hotels are better than this place. After paying over $700 for two nights. You pay for everything. On the website they said breakfast included which was one of the reasons why I went there. NO MICROWAVE in room. You have to pay for parking. You have to pay to go in and out. You have to pay for breakfast. I went walking all over to find breakfast instead of paying $25 per person for their buffet. Worst experience I have ever had. Even the small hotels treat you better. They have a money grabbing mentality like Spirit Airlines had. I wonder.... After complaining I was aĺowed to have breakfast and was told that I had break fast for one the day before.
