Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

Perfectly located, Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown makes my vacation easy and comfortable! Various places of my interest are within 10-20 minute walking of the hotel.

The hotel was hosting a big party for 100+ furries. Loud music vibrated the whole building until at least 3 am one night. Impossible to get on the elevators.

Room was very clean and good food at the bar

I stayed at the Sheraton because of its location to an event I planning to attend. It's location was centrally located which was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay it was a very nice hotel clean and the bed was very comfortable the staff was very kind and friendly the bar was fun the only thing I would add that that needs work is I wish there was more than a over price buffet and not much at the grab and go other than that it was awesome.

I was in the hotel for a very short time; everything seemed clean and operational.

Great customer service around food spots and in the heart of the city

The key card did not initially work and had to get maintenance to fix lock to room. Unfortunately there were no trash can liners and when ask they still did not put them in. They did bring a second roll of toilet paper when there was only one in the room for 3 ladies. The staff was very helpful and respectful.

Besides that they were very polite

The shower needs to be sprayed with bleach because mold is growing due to a lack of ventilation, and it needs to be scrubbed once or twice a week. The noise from doors closing and stomping from the upper floor was disturbing my sleep.

Clean room, friendly staff especially house keeping, and convenient mile to Independence Hall and Art Museum. Only thing keeping it from a 5 was over priced horrible food, especially the bar. Quite uninspired and freezer section grade food. Everything was heat and serve from a box. If you don't plan to eat here, great place.

With big conferences in the hotel there was not enough staff for the restaurants. One morning the buffet breakfast was served cold. There are other websites that market the property. They said there was a hotel shuttle service but there was no shuttle so had to find an alternative at the airport to get to the hotel.

Rooms were clean and good. Staffs were very friendly too.
