Egypt was great checking in and checking out
-
The location was perfect for our needs; walkable to many restaurants and a Target run. The vibe was good at all hours. The room was spacious and the people were consistently polite and professional.

Overall it was an amazing stay. Property is beautiful, great location ,very helpful staff.. the only negatve I have to say that the conditioner was out in the shower and the ac in the room was not high enough at night. I am sure they would have corrected these things if I had pointed them out, but I didn't. I would definitely stay again.

Unbeatable. From the amazing location right by the most museums to the gorgeous relaxing pool/spa area, fireplace, restaurants onsite, rooftop cocktail bar, even a library and billiards room — and wonderful staff, this place was not only amazing as anticipated but exceeded expectations.
-
Very nice staff, well informed about the area. The room was amazing, the view was PERFECT!!! Only 2 disappointments… there was no linen for the bed and when we called the front desk no one answered. We ventured downstairs to have those items delivered. The staff was very accommodating, and kind. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

Upon check in the front desk person was so sweet and accommodating- she couldn’t upgrade our stay but she did gives us breakfast on the house. We had breakfast at urban farmers which was in the hotel- great breakfast you can’t miss the home made English muffin and the bacon. To die for. The staff in the restaurant 10/10, polite, nice and willing to accommodate you in anyway you can. We visited the pool which is in the lower level but still very nice, it could use a little cleaning as some of the tiles were visibly dirty. Additionally the stairs to go down the pool feel as if they are bubbling- maybe that’s how it’s made but it felt weird. Over all 9/10 for the pool area. The hotel is in close proximity to the Franklin institute which was on our itinerary so that was a plus- we were walking there and the valet gentlemen saw us and offered umbrellas because there was a slight overcast. Again the people were just so willing to accommodate. I certainly recommend the Logan!!

Great location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent Valet staff.

The property was beautiful and clean. It was centrally located to all the tourist type things. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The only complaint I have is the few electrical outlets in the rooms. It was 3 women traveling, and we made it work. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again!! Philly is fantastic!

Due to a natuonwide glitch in Hilton’s

Convenient to many locations.

Our stay at the Logan was great. Beautiful hotel. I think it’s more so catered to adults. I wish the pool was more kid friendly as far as the height. It goes from 4ft to 5ft. Would be nice if they have 3 ft section. It also felt like they weren’t giving enough towels and washcloths but once I asked, they were helpful. Also our TV wasn’t working, asked for help and no one ever came. Asked again and someone came. The $72 a day valet parking is crazy to me. Overall nice stay but it was just those things.

Place was well run and friendly staff

7 AM Sunday morning fire drill emptied the entire hotel. Awful
-
Our room smelled like mildew. Check in and check out were both poor experiences. We asked to access the showers on the day of check-out and were refused, something I have never experienced anywhere in the world. I would not recommend the hotel, especially for the relatively high price.

Our stay was good.

Staff were friendly and engaging! Check-in and out was quick. Room was clean, without any imperfections.

Awesome hotel

In addition, when we tried to make changes to the reservation, or even to pre pay by phone a month in advance, we were told that these things could not be done by them because we used exedia to make the reservation and would have to go through expedia unless we were there in person.
-
The room was bigger than we expected, and staff was able to answer all of our questions promptly. They have adult hours after 9pm for the pool, which was nice. Valet parking on-site for $72/day, which is a bit more than the public lots nearby (around $50), but the valets were really quick and it was nice to know lot was secured.
