Great!

This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The staff over the top amazing. The two bartenders at urban farmer are too young African-American men who go above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel and I highly recommend the bar at urban farmer restaurant within the hotel.

The room does not come with the microwave, but you can request one. Overall, it was a good view of the city and very close to a lot of attractions in Center City.

I stayed here for my birthday and honestly it was the best experience Ive had in a hotel so far, when I told the lady at the front desk it was my birthday she upgraded my room to a city view and also included a discount for my breakfast, I was delivered flowers at night as well literally 10/10 staff. Dont even get me started with the spa, beautiful experience will definitely be back.

Lovely staff, good location. Great beds. Spacious. Walls are so thin. I could hear next door’s family (they woke up at 6am). I could also hear a dog barking (thank goodness it went to sleep at night).

Staff from Vallet to front desk to cleaning staff was magnificent. I have told everyone.

Nice with kids
-
Room is tired and doesn't warrant the price point charged by the Logan Room - old and tired - especially for downtown Philadelphia
-
Beautiful hotel. Very personable and kind staff. Great views. Rooftop bar was excellent. The room was large and comfy.
-
Great hotel but a little pricey due to the World Cup
-
Clean room, great staff, good restaurant in Farmers.
-
Good location, within easy reach of places of interest. Reaction of manager at time of check-in regarding recent price drop as opposed to the pricing when we made our reservations. Not helpful at all nor interested in even discussing possibilities or options regarding this matter.
-
Great staff, great location, spacious room, and nice to have pool, fitness equipment, and spa trifecta.
-
Great experience! Great warm welcome from stuffs and clean property. We enjoyed very much! Highly recommended.

The best.

It is a great hotel. Loved the location, plenty of amenities, the staff was amazing, and the room was really nice. We had a great time on our stay at the Logan.

Staff was nice but there was so much noise above us the entire time that we didn’t sleep during our stay. Valet isn’t patient with drop offs and pick ups in their zone (not lingering) and that’s unfortunate you’re paying so much in parking. Furniture being pushed around and guests children screaming in the halls. I typically visit for business and do frequent the restaurant and coffee bar. The WiFi is consistent and the food is great as well. I was here during spring break and came with my child; however, I’ve never seen the hotel like this during spring break and was shocked by the parents that let their children act as if it was Disney. I struggled to avoid noise this time because parents weren’t mindful of their own children and how they behave in a business establishment. This wasn’t typical. I’d gladly stay here again and give spring break another chance

The beds were made carelessly, with blankets simply pulled over them while the pillows and sheets were left untidy. The bed linens were not changed for three days and were replaced only after we specifically requested fresh bedding. Another disappointment was the room service policy. In addition to the cost of the food and the expected gratuity, the hotel charges both a delivery fee and a separate tray fee, making room service unnecessarily expensive.
