Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts

The Biltmore was immaculate. My room was large, had a spacious balcony overlooking the adult pool with the Spire Bar behind that. Staff wasn’t just friendly, but fun! Just fun to talk to. I went to McArthur’s restaurant and the Spire Bar multiple times and every time it was excellent and the staff terrific! Will stay there again when I go back next year for sure!

Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably won’t be going back for the spa. Again hotel property is great and an awesome location.

Very Expensive drinks

Our biggest issue was with our check-in. We arrived on time with confirmed reservations, yet Rebecca told us there were no rooms available. She offered to move us closer to our second room, stating it would be only $200 for our entire stay. Based on that, we agreed. She never disclosed the true cost or explained any additional fees. By checkout, I had paid over $800 more than my original reservation. We signed paperwork, but she never once verbally explained that the upgrade would actually cost hundreds more than what she quoted. Management was no help. We were quoted $75 for a late checkout over the phone, but the front desk tried charging $100 until I questioned it. Suddenly, it went back to $75. This resort operates with MASSIVE hidden fees and inconsistent pricing. Review every charge carefully because your final bill may be far higher than expected. The rooms and hallways feel more like a Motel 6 than a luxury resort. The only positives were the friendly valet staff and the adults-only pool. Rebecca, you should be ashamed of how you handled this. Whether intentional or not, you failed to honestly explain the true cost and made the upgrade sound like a deal when it wasn’t. Guests deserve transparency, not surprise charges. I would never stay here again.

Property is better than the customer service. Definitely not 5 star service. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend the hotel.

Went on 4th of July weekend. They oversold the hotel it appears and were severely understaffed for the amount of people that were on the property. Pools were overcrowded with people without wristbands that weren’t guests. Trash was overflowing and there were no pool towels most of the day. Had to walk back to our room soaking wet. Will not go back. Bummer

This place was amazing! But drinks and food are expensive. So plan for that.

We loved our stay at the Biltmore! So many nice extras in the room like a Nespresso maker and plush robes, bottles of water, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Lotion. A steamer! A tub and shower, lovely patio, seating area and fire pit. The room service breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were next to one of seven pools. There is even an ice cream shop! Lovely hotel.

At the Room. Everything was ok The housekeeping and the people working at the hotel were very helpful. But the management or the desk staff didn't apologize for the inconvenience.

Service!!! Lol prices at the little store! Lol

The resort has old Hollywood charm with all the current dat resort amenities.
