Everything was so lovely, clean, and best of all very unique. Lots of history and areas to explore!
-
Beautiful resort. Pools = amazing. Architecture =amazing. Distance from parking garage = ehhhhh like a 5/10. Resort can’t really help that, but it’s something to think about if you’re going in summer.

Absolutely loved my stay. Highly recommend! The staff is so kind and helpful and pools are open 24 hours. Great place to stay in Phoenix

Loved our stay!

From the moment you walk into hotel until you leave perfection! Everyone is very helpful and kind. Food is great and many pools to choose from and our room was right outside pool area. Very clean resort Highly recommend! Definitely 5 stars!

Clean room, nice amenities, friendly staff

The lobby is gorgeous. The room was clean and large but disappointing in decor. The hallways had an odd odor. The grounds are well maintained but the gardens off our balcony were tidy but not very pretty. Bell hop on arrival very helpful. Person who brought up luggage not so much. Great service & drinks at pools. Prefer Scottsdale Princess.

Couldn’t be a better refuge

In the heat of 114 degrees, the staff was So kind and helpful. They must hire people that like working there, because it shows!

This was the BEST resort my family has ever been to! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and clean, the gym is massive and the pools are exactly as you’d expect. The service and the concierge are above and beyond! Our kids are ages 6 and 14 and there was something for them both to do all the time! We will be back and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury resort!

You could tell that the new renovations were done quickly and sloppy. The parking was ridiculously priced and then I was charged another $45 resort fee.
-
Additionally the spa prices are quite pricey. $215 for a 50 min massage, not including the 20% gratuity they expect. This would not have bothered me as much if the spa itself offered more amenities. No pool, no low key waiting room, no flavored water, muffins were stale, etc.

Service has gone way down hill. Gross family pool. No staff around

The Biltmore was immaculate. My room was large, had a spacious balcony overlooking the adult pool with the Spire Bar behind that. Staff wasn’t just friendly, but fun! Just fun to talk to. I went to McArthur’s restaurant and the Spire Bar multiple times and every time it was excellent and the staff terrific! Will stay there again when I go back next year for sure!

Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably won’t be going back for the spa. Again hotel property is great and an awesome location.
