Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts

We asked to change rooms, and were moved to the Valley wing, in an updated and renovated room, very nice. We requested that the first night be comped, as the room was not habitable. We were instead offered a breakfast credit.

Dinner at the hotel’s only “fine dining” restaurant was pleasant, but breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. We will not be returning.

Beautiful, wish we had more time to enjoy the pools but they looked amazing.

Most of the staff were pleasant and professional. However, there were a few occasions where I felt our group was treated differently, possibly because we were younger than the typical clientele. Overall, I would say this resort may be better suited for an older crowd, perhaps 50+. The property itself is beautiful, but if you are a person of colour or part of a younger group, I would personally recommend being aware that your experience may feel different from what you expect at a luxury resort.

I liked the look of the accommodation The pool near our hotel room was dirty, and there were no towels available when we arrived at around 16:00. We had to go to the large pool to get towels, but even there we could find only two towels for our party of three. To make matters worse, the sunbeds on one side of the pool were covered in bird droppings and clearly had not been cleaned. This was the most expensive hotel of our road trip, so we had expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, it turned out to be our worst hotel experience of the entire trip. Given the price we paid, the level of cleanliness, availability of basic amenities, and overall maintenance were very disappointing.

The property was beautifully landscaped with dessert plants that were in bloom in September and the rooms were large with outdoor spaces where you could sit and enjoy privately. There were several pools, each with a different vibe.

Look up the Citrus Club if you want full concierge service. It was $150/ person and I voided food and beverages from 8am-9pm making it almost an all inclusive deal. I was unaware of this until I arrived and it was only through friends.

Nice views friendly staff & great food & drinks

This is my 4th trip to the Biltmore. I have always enjoyed this property and had a wonderful time but this trip was different. The Catalina pool was closed for maintenance on my 3rd day at the resort and other pools including the Ocitilla pool were in need of cleaning. The pool tile was being cleaned while swimmers were in the pool and there was a bad film of sunblock on top of the pool indicating the filtration system was not working properly. The adjacent hot tub water was so dirty, I would not get in it. Overall, the pool maintenance was lacking. It was so disappointing and when we notified the staff on check-out the front desk staff was indifferent and not apologetic. It was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully, things will improve.

Beautiful property, lots of amenities, great food, close to the airport, amazing golf course across the way Would definitely stay again!!

Everything about this property is top notch!! The staff is phenomenal! Service is stellar! Highly recommend the Arizona Biltmore!
