Sonesta Select Phoenix Camelback

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The physical location of the hotel was hard to find and ordering a ride share was difficult because there was no actual pick up location for in front of the hotel so the location pin had to be placed at twin peaks which was right next to the hotel.

Beautiful campus, close to GCU, and the staff was excellent and welcoming! Close to many great shops and restaurants too. Honestly, the only couple of things I would say is that the tv's are kind of small, the toilets are really small and there are no fans in the bathroom. Not a big deal though.

They don’t go through the room to clean is the only concern

Loved it here we only stayed 2 nights but they were great 2 nights. It was close to a plaza area and food as well .10/10 recommend. Staff was great and super nice as well as the property.

It was a lovely resort-like setting. Quiet. Nice open area for coffee in the morning. Great gym facilities. Well maintained. Excellent coffee in the morning with friendly staff. Perfect location. Central. Close to places I needed to walk to. It would be nice to have more food options like a restaurant or kitchen or breakfast.

I have been staying here for several years. Rooms have not been updated. Sheets were old. Check in easy and employees nice. Coffee bar employee very rude. Hotel needs update

I was impressed with this facility. It’s really kept clean and staff was friendly. Located within walking distances of restaurants and shops. This will be my place of stay when I come to visit.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean. The bed was like a cloud and our overall stay was great. We will definitely be staying there again!

We were in town because of a family emergency and the staff and hotel were excellent. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean. The value for the price if great and the staff were helpful and accommodating. My mother is hard of hearing and the staff was helpful, patient and kind with our evolving needs. The location is great next to food and shopping. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.

No breakfast, front desk kind but couldn't fix problems Horrible accommodations. Brown sludge overflowing in sink all over the carpet. No one available to fix the problem

The a/c didn’t really work it was still hot in the room, didn’t let you change the temperature either
