When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the property looked. I had never heard of this chain before, but it's a really well-maintained hotel. The room I had was very cool (temperature-wise), and I was able to handle the Arizona heat. The room was very clean, and while I was overlooking the car park, there was a balcony that was nice to sit out on and drink my coffee. The staff was great when I was checking in, lightening the mood with a joke. On-site parking is abundant, and I could see my car from my room. When they gave me the parking pass, I saw them write the information on it, and later, the ink had disappeared. I didn't try the breakfast cause I left early, but there is a cafe that serves Starbucks. Highly recommend this place.

Nice place and super convenient

Nice place in a convenient location nice wing place right there in plaza.

The property was beautiful! I had a room facing the courtyard on the first floor. The outdoor maintenance was kept up throughout the day. The rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved the Starbucks in the lobby... great way to start my day.

Great place to stay. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful & accomodating. Rooms are clean the property location is convenient.

Extremely helpful staff - great location near Phoenix Children’s Hospital

The property was very quiet and in a good part of the city. The mattress was just right, medium firm and comfy. Even the bathroom itself was actually spacious also with a combo shower and tub. I would definitely stay here again

Stayed at the Sonesta just needing a quick overnight hotel. I can’t speak to the amenities, however the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, the room was spacious and clean with everything we needed, and the location was easy to find and conveniently located. Will definitely be back.

There had been extensive updates to the hotel which were well done. Elevator carpet still needs to be replaced & sadly it looks like the house keeping carts have damaged the nice new wallpaper in the halls. Boo. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My biggest critique is there was too much oversized furniture in the room & inefficiently arranged so nowhere for ur bags. Nice small balcony needed to be cleaned from the pigeons. It worked really well for us 👍

Front desk staff at check-in on June 22 around 5:30 pm was very nice with great customer service.

breakfast buffet

Decent hotel but a bit aged. Also found some food crumbs on the table from a previous guest. Wifi was unreliable. Parking is good and access was easy. Great shopping in walking distance.

The bed was really comfortable and the area was nice.

Continental breakfast starts at 7am, but they were late opening, people were waiting. We ended up leaving. You also had to ask for coffee and front desk would get it for you. It was not set out for guests to freely get on their own. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall, an "ok" stay.

The staff was wonderful and moved us to another room when the room would not cool off.

Breakfast was good, no complaint...need more options The hotel was great, loved the free parking, the front desk was helpful and the hospitality team was polite and approachable. the sleeping room was a good size, although I did not agree with the pool times, the pool area should add at least 2 additional hours for guests who work arrive about 6pm to enjoy the pool after work hours (open until 9pm). Oftentimes the pool area would be locked BEFORE the closing time.
