Great staff. Very friendly and helpful

Everything was great. The only problem was that I find out that the elevator was not working when we arrived

It was a good place and the bed and sofa was comfortable and friendly staff

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and our room was very comfortable, clean, quiet and relaxing. Has a full kitchen (no oven). Breakfast was great. The location is also very convenient, right across from Whole Foods Market, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. A++++++

It was like being at home. Plenty of room for the 3 kids to spread out and be comfortable. Breakfast was good . They had a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay again next Arizona trip.

Location was good There was a large cockroach in our room

There was some signs if wear but overall a very solid hotel and room. Because we were along the west wall in the middle of a summer heat wave, it took several hours to get our room cool. It was great the rest of the time.

No working elevator on half the building, no blackout curtains

Great stay; nice room and friendly staff.

The only downside was having to walk up three flights of stairs, which could be difficult if you’re traveling with luggage or have mobility concerns. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Dumbbell’s for the gym would be nice to use with my workout.

Pool was great, laundry room was clean, rooms were comfortable, staff was super! Glad we weren’t put on an upper floor given the elevator was out

Easy no hassle experience

The property overall was good. Unfortunately the room was very noisy and the door constantly moved and jangled whenever someone walked by or used the room next door. All the employees were nice expect one who had a consistent attitude anytime we had to interact with him. I also felt that a discount should have been given since the elevator was broken the entire time we stayed. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Room and location were great. Only negative was the elevators were inoperable the entire weekend.

The king suite room with sofa bed was a perfect fit during our Volleyball Festival tournament. We had an electric stove, microwave, toaster and full fridge. The room was very clean and the halls were quiet.
