Will stay again! Prime location and everything was nice.

Television - I know not all people watch television. They had 40 channels on their Guide channel # 1 - However 90 % of the channels would not work 100 %. You could be watching something and then you get "unable to get feed" memo pops up. With the WIFI technology of today I do not understand how you can not have good TV like we all have at home. They are still back in the 70's. I used to stay at Embassy Suites when travelling but I will never stay with them again. This is not the Embassy Suites of OLD.

Clean room breakfast was great!!

I also love how open the main area is and the view of the pool. The room was spacious and had a large living space. Unfortunately, the rooms and the bathroom could use updating. Definitely doesn’t meet the level of the rest of the hotel. Also, the gym needs a bigger space for that size of a hotel. Overall, however, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

The A/C units are outdated and may not cool enough if the weather is too hot.

The property is very beautiful. It's clean, the location is great, and the breakfast was excellent every day. They advertise that they have a heated pool "all year long" and a hot tub. They don't have either. Those were the two features I was looking for and that influenced my booking.

Everything Love everything

The hotel was beautiful. The staff were incredibly pleasant and parking was ample & convenient, though $30 a day extra seems a bit pricey to me. Other than paying for parking, there was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a really good location. You can walk to the mall. The breakfast is decent. The Two drink happy hour is nice. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are large. I love the interior of the hotel. It’s like a giant atrium. The pool was the perfect temperature. This is the second time I’ve stayed there, and I would definitely stay again. I think it’s kind of crappy to charge $15 a night for parking. You could easily say you don’t have a car, and park in the large Biltmore mall parking lot that’s totally adjacent to the hotels parking lot. I really didn’t appreciate having to pay an additional $75 for my five nights there. Also, I had a problem with my toilet. It took 2 to 3 flushes every time I flushed it. I did call maintenance. They responded immediately, but the issue was not fixed, so I’m not sure what is going on with the plumbing system there or if it was just my toilet.
