Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore

Quiet rooms and were very clean. Amazing hotel will stay again.

Awesome place!!

Great place

Good location near airport and shopping. Full breakfast met expectations. Dining area was a little small. Suite was great with easy setup for using computer with TV.

The room was horrible! The A/C didn't work and it was 112 out. The bathtub dripped, and there was black mold coming out of the sinks. They moved us to a room that again the A/C didn't work and black mold coming out of the sinks. All Alize offered was a box fan that they couldn't find. Left at 3:30 am.

I liked the room, the pool, the lobby and the friendly staff. Happy hour and breakfast were very nice, too. There was nothing that didn’t meet my expectations. Thank you!

The main elevator was out of order for our entire stay. The bar and restaurant were extremely understaffed and service was lousy because of it. Overall, the stay was fine, but the place needs some upkeep work.

Ac was not working

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Embassy Biltmore. The location was great, the room was large and comfortable, beds were comfortable, & staff was super attentive and friendly. Will definately stay there again.

The pool was so nice and the included breakfast and drinks were incredible!!

This is a nice but older property. Popcorn ceilings in the room were cracked in places, the inner doors to our room need to be readjusted as they were hard to fully close and open without making a loud noise and we had a water leak coming from the air return vent in the ceiling. Staff were prompt to fix it one day, but it started again the following day. The indoor atrium common area was nice along with the breakfast.

Amazing hotel. Older property but extremely well maintained and modern. Full breakfast, bar and restaurant on site. Easy walk to shopping and more restaurants.

Liked the breakfast. The lack of privacy in the room. Everyone could look in. I like embassy suites but not this one.
