Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore

The rooms are very outdated. Wifi does not work. Breakfast is average and the evening snacks were terrible. Would not stay in the Hotel again

The front desk staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The property was really pretty. The pool was a little on the colder side but still nice and well kept. The breakfast was wonderful! We would definitely stay again.

Very good

location and breakfast the room smelled like smoke. bad on my asthma and it’s a non smoking room.

The cooked to order breakfast omelette was great. Bar staff are friendly and helpful. Room.layoit was good and comfortable bed. I'll keep it on the short list if I come back to Phoenix.

Clean spacious relaxing atmosphere

Bad

Hotel was so humid my clothes were wet in the suitcase, TV's on the room didn't work, and they charged an extra $370 after checkout that when I called to ask about it and they claim not to have charged it!

The property had very specious rooms, a great breakfast and a beautiful out door pool.

Excelente!!

Balcony was perfect

Passing through.

We had a few housekeeping issues.

The service was wonderful and all the employees were extremely welcoming, helpful and a true joy to engage with. We felt very comfortable and the hotel is absolutely stunning! So modern and comfortable and the location is exceptional. The food, free breakfast was an unexpected surprise and was absolutely the best! The bathroom was incredibly small for a room with two large bedrooms and a very spacious living area. 4 people showering and taking turns in the bathroom was a bit annoying but overall and in the scheme of things, we made it work.

It was spacious and clean. That I got there early and they said they would text me when a room was avaliable. Other guests were checking in and I still had no room. They never did text me. I went back to counter after three and they said they had one room left.Frustrating.
