Covered parking, very friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good!

Breakfast bar was was well managed with a big crowd this morning.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, my room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable.

The room was much larger than I had anticipated. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom sink was outside of the toilet/ shower room- which I loved.

We just needed a place to crash for a few hours before an early-morning flight. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't really get to take advantage of any property amenities or the complimentary breakfast, as we left in the middle of the night. Bed was clean and comfortable. The location felt safe and accessible. We enjoyed our stay.

The only downside was the lack of an on-site guest laundry. Other than that minor wrinkle, it was a smooth, reliable trip. I'd likely stay there again.

Very nice clean and peaceful only thing I didn’t like is that I had called a week or 2 before my stay and called the hotel to ask them if they were dog friendly the gentleman on the phone said yes that just to let them know when I arrive so they can give me a door tag saying that there was a dog there I asked about any kind of fee and I was told NO but when I checked into my room they told me that there is a $75.00 fee for my dog I told them what the gentleman had told me when I had called and they told me nope that there’s a fee and it doesn’t

Nice, clean room. The breakfast was terrific! Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit Phoenix.

Exceptional

The hotel property is very well maintained and cleaned, I don't think I saw anything that was out of line. The staff, especially, were very helpful even when I didn't need them to be. One staff member would check-in with me daily to see if I was okay and if I needed anything, I've never had a hotel do that before. Overall, the hotel was very accommodating and well worth the price for all that was offered.

The location is excellent, and the staff is always friendly. The bed is also comfortable and has everything we need. I didn’t have any dyslexics about the property however it will probably need some upgrades soon with the common areas.
