Extended Stay America Suites Phoenix Biltmore

The hotel doesn't have the good areas for pets even though their pet friendly. Will not stay again.

Everything was good Night staff

Location was good. Quiet, not too much noise. Wonderful staff. No selection on breakfast. Only coffee and muffin was provided. Was expecting something like eggs, bacon, pancake.

Everything was good except the gym was out of order.

The room still had shoes left under the bed that were from who knitted when. There were dead little roaches in the kitchen drawers. And in the bathroom 2 small roaches came out of a gap by the wall and tub. Crumbs were on the mattress on the fold out couch. Overall dirty hotel.

The breakfast sucked I expected eggs waffle maker and cereal like all the other hotels I could have went to for the same price The breakfast

Extended Stay was as good as always, which is why I will continue staying there when I am in Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Chandler.

the staff were really personable, and it was nice to see smiling faces and have sincere pleasantries. if two or three nights is roughly the weekly rate --- i'd have liked to know though. i also feel like if there's any bonus night you can offer for the lack of water on the 2nd night - that'd be awesome. the location is great, it's great access and still secluded zero shade options at the pool 40% of laundry machines were out of service. a premium/deluxe suite came with 3 pillows, no more. the water stopped working consistently on the 2nd night. the breakfast was so disappointing.. like beyond belief.

Overall a very pleasant stay, especially for the price. The staff were extremely friendly, and the modest breakfast was apprecaited. The room can be a bit noisy with neighbor sounds but is comfortable. My only big complaint was that the gym was out of service.
