My wife and I love this boutique hotel; it flies under the radar, but has the best pool setup for adults. Full service, shade when you need it; busy enough to have fun, not so busy you can’t relax. Great drinks, wonderful food. Staff is cool. Definitely get a pool view room with the fire pits. On cooler nights it’ll be worth it. The landscaping make this place pretty special as well.

My stay at Rise was comfortable and relaxing. The area was clean and quiet. It was a great experience.

One of my favourite hotels in Phoenix. Has a great vibe, stylish interior, and really comfy beds. Access to the lido is such a plus, especially because hotel guests get access before it officially opens for the day and gets busy. It’s not the cheapest hotel but worth its money. Breakfast isn’t included but there is a nice café just off the pool area

Room was good its missing a microwave, i enjoyed my stay. However, the issue was getting the incidentals refunded. They claimed to release the funds at checkout, its been nearly a month and i havent received it. They told me to check with my bank and Chase told me the funds werent released. Hotel staff told me there was nothing they could do since the funds show that they have been released. Probably wont stay here again but its a nice vibe

The pool was amazing

Room was clean and all but tv and cell signal didn’t work in the room. Think the concrete structure blocked cell communication.

The staff at check in and at the restaurant was amazing. Very helpful and informative.

Always live this hotel! The vibe is perfect, great staff, amenities, and food.

Rise was a great hotel if you’re looking for something outside of the traditional hotel scenery. It was close to a lot of eating spots and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. If I’m ever in the Phoenix area again, I will definitely consider staying.

Has adjacent restuarants for dining and a great bookstore too. The pool area was fun and the staff very friendly. Also the rooftop bar was great for a nightcap with friends. Overall, it was enjoyable and you could park the car and have everything you need within the block. Friendly staff at the pool. Wish the pool was bigger and deeper.

It is an older hotel that needs some maintenance updates. The room has a musty smell immediately when walking in from the AC ducts and I noticed the smart thermometer unit had the "change filter" sign on. The $35 resort fee is high for what you get so the fees feel out of sync with the quality and type of amenities. The $15 bar credit is not useful if you don't plan to use it. There was no coffee maker in the room which would be a more needed amenity, or the option of a coupon for a free coffee at Cartel Cafe downstairs which has great coffee would make more sense.

I booked a room here for my daughter who needed to stay a night in Phoenix. She & her boyfriend loved it there. They raved about the popsicles, the room and the pool.

All good. The pool on Sunday was a loud crowd of women but the place was better than it looks and better than expected.
