Great staff but dirty rooms

The property was nice. The staff at the pool and bar were not friendly and acted as though we were putting them out. We sat at the pool for over 20 minutes before the server said anything to us, even though he continued to walk past. He told my husband not to try to put up the umbrella himself. Which is fine, but then he never came and put it up; we had to ask someone else. For the price of drinks and food, the service was subpar. That part was disappointing. The front desk was very kind, and the food and drinks were delicious.

This boutique hotel is a brilliantly restored collection of mid-century modern office towers that's been given a colorful second life. Whoever dreamed this place up deserves a high five. It's retro without feeling dated, stylish without trying too hard, and just plain fun. The rooms are bright, cheerful, and full of personality. You almost expect the furniture to start telling stories about business deals from 1965. The swim club is a great place to cool off, the rooftop bar is perfect for watching the Arizona sunset with a drink in hand, and the whole property has a relaxed, social vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Another big plus is the location. The nearby light rail makes it easy to head into downtown Phoenix without worrying about traffic or parking, so you can spend more time exploring and less time staring at brake lights. This isn't your typical hotel—and that's exactly why I liked it. If you enjoy places with character, color, and a little bit of retro cool, I'd happily recommend staying here. I'd definitely book it again.

Amazing place for the price! Nice pool to cool off and order drinks/food!

As always, this place was a perfect weekend retreat. I band for 4th of July weekend, also my birthday weekend, and I was able to spend the whole time on the property. Everything from drinks to food to activities is all right here in this shaded, beautiful oasis. The staff is AMAZING and the drinks at LYLO Swim Club are really good. I love the boutique vibe and clean rooms with MCM design. It's been my favorite place to stay for awhile now.

Great boutique hotel. Perfect for our staycation. Loved the decor

The rooms were immaculate, a bit age and very. The rug under the bed was a bit dirty , but I can understand for the high volume. What stood out was the service? The service was a one because the servers did not know what they were doing 1.5hrs for 12 chicken wings?) .The cook's were slow, in my opinion not quified to work in a high volume kitchen. We never received our order. The management sort of just ran around with their head hanging off their shoulders. It's advertised as an adult theme restaurant and hotel. I think they should be better and should do better. The holiday planning was all over the place, a smile here and a dish here is not enough to cover up for for bads service. The rooftop bar seems to be the signature fouciapoint! The server were very intentive and yes , the fire works was really wonderful , but as overall for the management , I think they lack organization and foresight. They're like availability to study the crowd is a 1

Room was clean and the bed comfy. The guy on nights (think his name was Darris) was super helpful. Internet was a bit iffy. Lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Bedding was good as well as the towels. They didn't clean the room or make the bed. Said they only do it every other day. For my $250 a night cost plus resort fees and an automatic 20% tip at the bar, I expect my room to be cleaned. While the place is cute and trendy, I rather have a clean room more than free ice cream. Also my VIP status was not recognized at all. Very over priced for what was offered. Coffee shop on site opens at 7am and no in room coffee to be had. Restaurant stops serving at 8pm and nothing else walking distance. I can't see myself staying here again.

Location is perfect! Rooms super cute and comfortable and all amenities were amazing!

It was “ok”. Staff was nice, they helped me get into my room early. However when I went into the room, the walk in shower had two strands of someone else’s hair in it and areas of the tile grout were black. The sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t lift up when pushing the lever down. The only way to lift it was to manually touch it by putting your hand in the dirty water to lift it up. There was also dirt on the flooring near the balcony door.

The hotel was unique and in a great area. The only downside was that the pool closed early due to no lighting which was a huge bummer considering we were looking forward to the pool at night. Other than that I did enjoy my stay

Great place to stay in central Phoenix. Cool design with excellent functionality. The pool bar and pool — with shade coverings, misters and fans — makes it enjoyable to swim year-round. And Cartel coffee makes a nice addition to the very nicely landscaped property. Stay there.

Excellent value in downtown Houston. The restaurant wasn't great (poor service and meh food), but options were an easy walk away. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.

One of the best stays we’ve had in a long time and we are pretty picky. Excellent vibe & decor. The pool and adjacent outdoor bar was exactly what we needed to chill, have some drinks & yummy bites while we watched World Cup and hung with friends. The BEST thing about the stay was an AMAZING staff throughout our entire stay that really brought the fun. The comfy well designed rooms and entire hotel looks just like the photos. Can’t wait to come back!! Book it!!!!

Good stuff. Food at the bar was mostly no bueno tho. Drinks were decent. Room was awesome.

I didn't use the pool this stay, but it's nice to have - one of my go to places in Phoenix when I am in town.

I have been staying here a few years. I think some of the areas are a little rundown. Staff is not as attentive as before. I also was plagued by mosquitoes in my room and I didn’t leave any doors open. I left a day early.
