Clean and the location close to shopping areas The morning breakfast and the staff was very friendly

When coming into hotel there were many people out front in the parking lot cussing and when checking we waited for 5 mins then when getting our room the entire floor of the room was wet and the entire room smelt like mold.

I paid booking.com. I didn’t get a confirmation. When I got to the hotel they couldn’t find my reservation. So they charged me again… then told me it was up to me to get my money back from booking…. Never use it again

The room was filthy. There were food stains on the bed and walls, a live cockroach crawling around, and there were hairs all over the bathroom. We talked to the front desk about it, and all he said was that he would contact Hotels.com to issue us a refund but it still hasn’t shown up on our account. Travelers beware!

Could not figure out how the outlets worked. The internet was VERY inconsistent, sometimes we could get on and sometimes not.

I had to change rooms 4×3 out of four rooms had mold on the ceiling and on the floors they had mice running around the lobby and outside of the hotel in between the doors

Room was clean. Breakfast was basic but good. Not enough parking.

Price. Location between zoo and The Wilds. Woken up by loud guest and Management was dismissive of our concern (from elderly occupants).

It’s good hotel keep up

We had an excellent stay. Our favorite part was the free breakfast. The only downside was that there was only one luggage cart, so it was difficult checking out in the morning.

The beds were comfortable . Had great water pressured. Bedding seemed to be clean I hated the fact you could only enter the hotel from the left lane. I was having to constantly go down the road turn around and back track back to my hotel. The side entrance when you went down the hallway it smelled like straight mildew. The elevator moved as we were getting into it and it would shake once stopped. I was there 4 days and housekeeping never once serviced my room. I had to gather all my towels and take to the main desk to receive clean towels. The fridge got barely cooler than room temp. My carpet was stained and had burn marks. Pool was frigid I booked because the listing said heated pool that was not the case at all. Also had flys in the pool. Pool towels could not leave the pool area so you end up dripping on the walk back to the room and without them giving fresh towels it’s a problem. Dinning area chairs look like they have been clawed up by a cat. Sausage tasted weird. Only 1 waffle iron and since that’s all that was edible the wait was long. Luggage carts they only had 2 and the one was barely together our belongings kept falling off.

Breakfast - normal stuff which was fine. Chairs in breakfast room - bases really need to be replaced - many tears. Parking lot had glass from it looks like a broken car window - would have thought the management would have taken care of it. We just wanted a place to sleep and room was fine but no soap in room.

The hotel has a pool but it was like stepping into a ice bath and getting in and out of the pool was tricky because the steps were very high. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked. Not a hotel I would stay at again
