The bed was quite comfortable, but unfortunately, I was bitten by something on my wrist about five times while staying in the room. I cannot say for certain what caused the bites, but I was concerned that there might have been something in the room. When I reported it to the front desk, I was advised to take an allergy pill. I understand that the cause of the bites may not have been known, but I would have appreciated the room being inspected and thoroughly cleaned to make sure there wasn’t an issue. Another disappointment was that there was no computer available for guests, even though a computer is advertised as an amenity. I needed to use a larger screen for my schoolwork and wanted to connect my laptop to a larger monitor, but there was no computer or larger screen available. This created a significant problem for me. The pool looked nice and was open, although I was too busy during my stay to use it. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and the comfortable bed and available amenities were appreciated. However, the unexplained bites and lack of the advertised computer were significant concerns that I hope the hotel will address.

Yes A LOT! The hotel filthy! The worse hotel I have ever stayed in. It was horrible from the parking lot all the way to the room. It was not a pleasant stay! And the hotel was anything but pleasant. I would never stay there again!

I didn’t stay there because room and bed was dirty

The pool was closed. I’m in announced to me then when I got to my king size room it smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room the floor was wet. I did talk to the staff and they told me it had just been cleaned so I had to wear shoes back-and-forth since my socks were wet. The tub did not drain properly when showering it reached my calves by the time I was done showering breakfast was decent overall I would not stay there again just because of the smell of smoke and it wasn’t just cigarette smoke. It smell a lot like marijuana, even though the room had been cleaned.

Breakfast, price Slow sink drains, clogged toilet, I went through three TV remotes, 1st one only turned tv on, 2nd one powered tv on/ only volume up/down worked 3rd one channel down didn’t work and had no battery cover, 1st room had leftover trash on the floor/trashcan had food stuck on the inside walls of trashcan, noticed this as I changed out my bag, 2nd room ac didn’t work. The only good thing is the cleaning lady, and breakfast, sausage, eggs, fresh waffles, juice, yogurt, bagels and condiments. The manager charged me $380 for a $120 tv that broke by hitting the screen on floor after he admitted it was only $120. If you don’t mind having to call the front desk up multiple times to come switch out remotes, non working microwave and refrigerators that are fixed set temp at barely cold, then you’ll like this place.id suggest staying around the corner across from Walmart at holiday inn express

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also really appreciated the convenient parking and the breakfast, which made things even easier in the mornings. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying hereo again.
