The hotel was well maintained and room was large and clean. There were a couple of other items I didn’t like. They indicated at check-in that a charge would be added to bill each day yo cover extra charges. This hotel does not have a restaurant or bar and only limited supply of miscellaneous items. I think this practice is insulting and in my opinion unethical. I will gladly pay for anything I purchase as I do at every retail store and I have for 60 years. Also large signs on every door and elevator a warning about a charge for failing to register your pet. I did not see any pets in the hotel. A notice at registration and check-in would have been sufficient

We loved the room was more than a bed and dresser. We would have liked to stay longer but we had to get home. Bed was soft and fluffy enjoyed We will stay again.

- Check-in staff nice - Room clean and well-maintained - Shower vs. tub-shower - Bathroom countertop space sufficient - Kitchenette (but you must separately ask for stove top and pans) - Desk CON's: - Narrow gravel driveway to get to hotel entrance - Overhang at entrance for vehicle is only about 12 foot square. Not even one car can fit under that. Pouring rain at check-in, unable to stay out of the rain. - HVAC worthless. Set to even number temperature and get heat. Set to odd number temperature and get air conditioning. After an hour, it no longer runs anything. - I miss individual bottles of shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap for the sink and the shower. Wall bottles, if not empty, require too much repeat usage. - A single 1-1/2 gallon sized trash can for the entire room - To start the shower, then get in, must stand at the one foot square space between toilet and shower - Interstate highway noise all night - Noisy neighbors above, both sides and the guy who had a loud phone call in the hall between 1:30 am and 2:00 am - No alarm clock - Bed mattress is the lumpiest I have ever tried to sleep on, sore all over in the morning - Pillows even worse than the mattress - Desk has a ten inch deep shelf one foot above desk surface. If a laptop is bigger than 12 inch screen, the laptop cannot be fully opened straight up. Hotel room designers should stay in their rooms for 72 hours.

Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. Rooms and waiting area was clean and updated. Amenities in the room were great. Location to restaurants and stores was great. Parking was not great. They have 15 EV parking spaces right up front...WHY? and the loading zone is VERY small. Only 1 vehicle can park under the awning especially if it is raining...which it was.

Still trying to figure out why it’s between $250 and $350 a night here and same hotel 3 miles away is $160. Nice clean hotel

Quiet and clean. Hard to find around Columbus but this place has it. Expensive but worth it

Absolutely worth the money. Room was spacious, super clean and smelled great. Beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. Loved it!
