Room was clean Staff was very good didn’t care for the breakfast choices

Overall stay was fine but I would stay elsewhere if I goto that area again for the laundry services for guests were not available, the hallways were hot and not air conditioned as they should be, ice machine was not available and disconnected on the 3rd floor that we stayed on after being moved because the air conditioner was broke in our original room on the second floor and it smelled like weed on that floor as well.

CALLED TO CANCEL, THEY REFUSED EVEN AFTER MY DR SAID THEY'D RELEASE MY MEDICAL INFO FOR PROOF. STILL REFUSED. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL! THEY ARE DISGUSTING MONEY HUNGRY JERKS!! WERE NOT NICE ABOUT THIS AT ALL. OTHER HOTELS WERE KIND ENOUGH TO REFUND ME. I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE. THIS HOTEL IS GARBAGE AND RUN BY GARBAGE AND ALL RUDE STAFF! I AM POSTING THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE AND THIS HOTEL WILL BE LOSING A LOT OF BUSINESS, I PROMISE THAT. I DON'T PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO MY HEALTH. THERE WAS ZERO!!! THAT WE COULD DO AND I HAD TO HAVE IMMEDIATE SURGERY TO SAVE MY DAMN LIFE!! OH BY THE WAY IT WASN'T A LAST MINUTE CANCEL IT WAS OVER A MONTHS NOTICE I GAVE THEM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY KNOWING AS I TOLD THEM I WOULD BE IN THE HOSPITAL SEVERAL WEEKS TO A MONTH OR MORE. THEN I HAVE 12+ WEEKS TO HEAL AT HOME. I COULDN'T BE MORE DISGUSTED BY THEIR VERY CLEAR LACK OF RESPECT TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, NO LONGER WILL BOOK WITH ANY OF YOUR HOTELS EVERYWHERE!! LMAO.. THIS IS GOING TO HURT YOUR BUSINESS BIG TIME. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOUR CUSTOMER TRULY IS AND YOU ARE GOING TO FIND OUT REAL QUICK YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK PLUS COMPENSATION FOR THE STRESS YOU CAUSED THAT SET MY HEALTH BACK. ALL PROVEN W/ DRS AND HOSPITAL NOTES!! YOU MESSED WITH THE WRONG PERSON AND I WILL NOT BE LETTING THIS GO. ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THE OTHER HOTELS WERE SO NICE AND CANCELED MY BOOKING.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient to a location I visit often. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance.

The room was clean and the people were friendly.

Location was nice and the staff were more than welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms could be much better. Hair and dirt found in sink and shower. Hair and stains found in sheets. Tables dusty.

Also, in our new room, there was food left in the fridge. Do better. Ohhh and because I booked through a 3rd party, I could only receive points as form of reimbursement.

The room was large and clean. Staff was all very nice and friendly. Anyone of them you saw would greet you kindly. I didn't use the indoor pool but it looked inviting. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Close to a bunch of stores that we visited and used for shopping. Housekeeping needs to be a little quieter when in the hallways. Waking up to them all yelling in the halls was unnecessary.
