The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Everyone was very nice.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. 1. The room was listed with a refrigerator and there was not one in the room at the beginning of my stay. I purchased a small cooler and a bag of ice from the Walmart across the street to keep my items cold. During the day on Monday, while I had a "do not disturb" placard on the door, someone delivered a refrigerator. I had sensitive medications in the room and felt my privacy would be protected while the placard was on the door, but it was not. There was no note or other correspondence left explaining that someone was there or the appliance was delivered. 2. My room on the second floor was located near the elevator. I was woken up multiple times each night I stayed by the obnoxious bell that rings when the elevator reached the floor. The gaps around the room door were so wide that noise was not muffled at all. This includes the loud guests that were speaking in the hallways at all hours. 3. The shower setup is not comfortable. You're forced to stand in the shower and be hit with cold water in order to turn on the water. It would be courteous to the guests to allow for two working shower doors to avoid this inconvenience. 4. The listing stated that the windows can open. This is not the case due to the permanent stop that is installed at the base of the window. I've included a couple photos to this for reference. Unfortunately, I discovered that a refrigerator was delivered when I opened the cabinet to show that there was no refrigerator.

Location Breakfast was not very good, kitchen was very dirty , clean towels and trash removal every other day but was not told this at check in . Requested clean towels twice and finally the front desk girl was kind enough to find towels and bring them to us.

The new GM is extremely helpful and the entire staff is welcoming. Very nice place to stay and one of the quietest hotels I’ve been in!

Not everything that happened is the hotels fault, but several things made us change hotels. The washing machines have been out for a long time, the storm also knocked out the power for multiple days which I know that part is not the fault of the hotel. Also, several of us in our party had our cars broken into making the area feel unsafe. We unfortunately had to move hotels due to the many problems at this location.

the staff at this facility were fantastic, they all were so friendly and helpful, made us feel so welcome. we used the pool every day which was always clean. it was very clean I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

The room was clean. Service was courteous. Will be back next year.

Nice hotel. Bathroom needs upgrading. No grab bar in the shower. Additional lighting needed in the bathroom. The two days I was there, a lady in a large light colored suv parked in a handicap space, smoked and dropped her butts outside her vehicle. The butts accumulated and were a terrible look. I wondered if she was hotel staff.

Convenient location Check in was awful. Manager could not find the reservation as the name was not updated on the room. He also madd negative remarks about using booking.com. Then he tried charge again for the room and it was isid for in March. Good thing we had proof of that with us. Security needs to be better as more than 20 cars were broken into that might in the parking lot.
