Morning front desk attendant could have been more friendly

I actually was pleasantly surprised by this place. My room was quite spacious and had good closet and cubby-hole space. Also, nice and clean. No coffee maker, which for me is an inconvenience. Nice breakfast, including all of the usuals plus chicken sausage patties, a couple of different potato options, hard boiled eggs and omelette. Friendly staff.

This was a very clean and well maintained property. It was a bit pricey but compared to the other 3 I stayed at the last 10 days it was considerably better overall.

Breakfast was great! Parking was good, staff was nice - the only reason I couldn't give multiple 5 stars is because the pool was FREEZING and my kids were looking forward to swimming, but were too cold to enjoy. I witnessed other guests try to enjoy it but had to leave right away. I did ask staff nicely if we could turn the temp up but they said they have to keep it at that temperature due to the health department.

Beds, linens, and pillows were of good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some suggestions to make this hotel better: Find a stronger coffee. The Dark Roast is weak and holds little flavor. Repair the bathroom door in the pool area. It was off its hinges and couldn't be shut properly. The water fountain in the pool area is rusted and non-functional. Either repair it or replace it; otherwise, leaving it as it is only lessens the hotel's appeal. Breakfast is plain; consider ramping up your menu a little. We came back late on a Saturday night, and there was only one parking space left! Removing the metal storage units in the front and back of your parking lots would ensure ample parking for your guests. All in all, it's a decent hotel that is quiet and safe. I would stay here again in the future.

Great budget place that doesn’t feel like a budget place. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good, location was easy to get to.
