Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pickerington, OH

We were greeted with smiles. Our room was super mice and clean. The best touch was cooling off in the pool. My family and I enjoyed our visit.

Clean room. Descent breakfast. Good parking. Secure lot.

This was the worst stay EVER!!! I would have gone to another hotel but there was a no refund policy!!

Had a few technical issues, that staff took care of. Older hotel in need of some updating, but overall comfortable and pleasant staff.

One room to the other by the time we finished the pool was closed

The room that we stayed in was clean but dated. There was no closet to hang any clothes which was inconvenient. The pool is on the small side and was also cold. Overall this was a decent value for the price. I would suggest that they move the lights at the back of the hotel to shine away from the building instead of directly into the windows of the rooms. It made it difficult to sleep.

The room was very nice. The toilet seat was starting to come off. The road to the hotel needs to be replaced, a lot of holes.

The hotel was well situated, clean, and efficient. However, the rooms felt cold and bare - lots of empty space, very minimal decoration. No complaints, but the rooms felt cold price felt a bit high for what was offered.

Everything was decent however the pool didn't have a heater

This property is past it's prime and the rates are too high because of that. We will stay elsewhere if in this area again.

Very clean and well organized.

The hotel and property was fine. However, their door keycards have a real issue. They constantly stopped working and in the two day stay I had to get new cards three separate times.

It’s always nice to find a clean, comfortable and inexpensive hotel when you’re on the road. This one fits the bill. We were up too early for breakfast, but appreciated the very clean rooms and the hospitality of the staff. Outside is a little rough. Do not worry. The inside is just fine.

Really good price, good location to places to eat. Hotel needs some updating but it was clean and rooms were big

The room is not worth 200+ dollars. Bedbugs found in carpet. No microwave. TV in sitting area of the room was missing and overall the room smelled liked industrial cleaning chemicals. Staff had no clue how to handle the situation so I was just pushed along. I will never book this hotel again. I want a refund

The road needs to be fixed

Only complaint is the driveway leading to hotel is in terrible shape and the parking area had a bad smell.

This hotel was fine. Very sterile, and utilitarian. It has odd ventilation since the windows don’t open. Large room but not well appointed. Staff was nice. Would try somewhere else next time.
