Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Pickerington, OH

It was the worst smelling hotel I have ever been in. Just smelled horribly of mildew and our other family members had the same experience. Breakfast was decent. It was relatively quiet in the hotel. But the smell was reason enough to never go back.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, the staff was helpful. Parking was fine.

Terrible. Very shady deals going down in parking lot. HVAC didn’t work in room, but nothing done when notified. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. Hot water was minimal even at 6:00am. Would rather sleep in car. Terrible, don’t waste the money.

Clean Property is looking shabby and needs maintenance. Several electrical outlets did not work. Housekeeping is sporadic and not available on request unless requested days in advance

Elevator was not working. I could go up to the 3rd floor, but could not access the Elevator to go down from the 3rd floor.

Room was musty smelling, and shower didn't work. Breakfast bar was waiting for the Mgr to bring milk.

Decent place to stay!

Great for a music festival at Legend Valley nearby! The room was surprisingly large, great water pressure and breakfast was delicious!

Room was clean, minor maintenance issues such as a loose toilet seat. Could not contact the front desk from the room phone. Maid service was not daily, so guests would leave trash by their room doors or near the elevator. Those would be picked up regularly, but the hallway frequently had trash. Hallway carpets were also stained as a result. The included daily breakfast was good, better than some hotels. All staff were pleasant and professional.

I regularly stay at this property because of the cleanliness and size of the room. It is in a tucked-away safe location and close to many restaurants. I will be staying here again.

There were a few small bugs at the base of the bathtub and on the back wall of the bathtub. Air conditioner was hard to change temps.

Well I would never book a room because I paid for a room I wasn't even able to sleep in they scammed me for $160 this hotel is a joke.

Convenience. Clean. Not enough trash cans in suite. Only one mirror. Need a mirror outside the bathroom. No where to hang clothes. Elevator broke for one day. Need turkey options for breakfast.
