The room was ok It’s NOT A CABIN AND NOTHING ABOUT IT WAS LIKE WHATS ADVERTISED. We were led to believe it was a cabin and a cabin atmosphere. It was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE A CABIN!!!! It was in the middle of town!! The building was old and a 2 story motel with a pizza business in the bottom floor. The back of the facility was HORRIBLE!!! Scary actually!!!!!

The pillow cases were stained, the bathroom wall was dirty, there is no hot water unless you run it for at least 15 min. We booked our room Oct 5,2025 and got confirmation. When we arrived ,they put us in a different room. The side of the building where they stuck us ,the garbage truck ( sounded like a semi ) came every day / every other day to pick up garbage. It happens at 4 am. We are supposed to be on vacation. This truck sounded like a semi.. waking us up at 4 am. That wouldn't have happened if they would have put us in the room that we got confirmation on. The said " another guest booked on June 10 , and they got my room that I booked in Oct 2025. The mini refrigerator ice build up so bad,you couldn't even put a bottle of water in it to get cold. Wouldn't fit. The deck where you have walk up to get to your room had nails sticking up. The parking lot by our stairs has a big crater of asphalt that looked like a big hole and you had to make sure not to trip over it. Even the endtables in the room were bubbly and warped. This place advertised as Cabin rentals. These Are Not Cabins ,these are motels. Just not a very organized or nice place to stay for 8 days. They could do better.

The beds were so uncomfortable. My oldest son was so uncomfortable he barely slept any. We even checked out early due to how uncomfortable everyone was. The temperature of the room had to stay on set temperature and if it froze up you were responsible to pay to get it fixed. So we were just not comfortable. Overall we got up and spent the day out until we had to go back to our room.

It was quiet even though it was by a busy area. No amenities. The sheets looked old and should be replaced. The tub didn't drain fast while taking a shower so you are left standing in water.

It was clean, the tv service was good, it was conveniently located, the free tickets were great, and the AC was perfect The beds weren't comfortable, the chair was worn, the WiFi was really slow, and the door was hard to shut completely.

the pics dont do the size of the rooms justice. they were huge, and the cleanest room in pigeon forge, the staff was wonderful and accomodating. i dont think my trip would haave been as good as it was if i didnt have the comfortable room to come back to after a long hot day. location was perfect. 50 feet from room door to the parkway! the parking was tricky. seems like there wasnt enough dedicated spaces for the number of guests . trash trucks running in the middle of the night woke us up - scared up half to death.

Only thing was it took the hot water some time to warm up, but once it did it stayed hot!

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Location was okay. Couldn't keep the room warm as you are told not to touch the thermostat.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The location was good. That there was no comfortable seating would be nice to have a recliner or comfy chair.

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Poor lighting at night didn't feel safe! Room didn't match what on line trash furniture not in cabin in apartment above a store

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

Construction down stairs, got woke up early from all the noise

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

They don't offer breakfast. The rooms are over a t-shirt store, parking is terrible , park in a small area behind the building that is shared with their maintenance workers. Parking, location was on the strip but in a bad spot. Steps going to rooms were dry rotted. Room was old and mustie the door was to small for the frame and had been added to.
