Super nice staff Nothing

The pool was a great size. Centrally located and near pretty much anything you have planned. Can’t recommend enough. We stopped as a one night stay on our road trip from MI to FL. Swam in the pool then went to a dinner show, checked out in the morning and didn’t have any issues and enjoyed the outdoor rocking chairs they give you outside your room. Nothing!

Location Didnt get room i booked...booked a king room with jacuzzi..got a room with double no jacuzzi no lights and smelt like weed..told desk..moved us up a flight to another double no jacuzzi and said they were out of king rooms couldnt take a bath as it didnt have anything to plug drain and water wasnt hot very disappointed said would compensate 10.00 and still havent seen it or refund

AC worked great. Pillows were comfy Felt like workers were watching every time you went outside. Residents on bottom floor let their dogs run around the property, also had pillows for dog beds on the stairs. There was dips in the floor you could feel when walking, part of the walls had pieces broken. Rocking chairs outside the room were falling apart

Nothing Pool, jacuzzi, bed we didnt like anything. We paid for a room with a jacuzzi and it didnt work, had a TV that had to be propped against something because it did not stand up on its own. They jacuzzi, lakewater, from where you turn the water on at and went all into the floor. They bed was very hard. The only thing good from this room was the air conditioner and only because it kept the room cool. They lighty, at the front desk came to our room, I looked at the jacuzzi her and a gentleman, and then after a while, they told us that the jacuzzi did not work. They did not do anything else except for walk out of the room. After telling us that the jacuzzi didn't work, which was the whole point of even getting this room. So therefore, we were forced to get another room at another hotel.

The room was great, clean, no bugs... Just can't walk to the 3rd floor to be good.. getting old... Great place to stay Not that it matters to me, but the pool wasn't ready, but they were cleaning it.

Location Everything besides location was horrendous. Room was filthy. Bed was like a rock, probably would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The pillows were flatter than a piece of paper. Room was stale and smelled when we got there. Bugs. No one at front desk, always locked with a number to call for help. We only ended up staying one night because we got in late, but moved to a different hotel the next morning. Won’t be back! Save your money!!!

This is the best place. The man and woman at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. They saved me money and were always available when I needed anything and were happy to help. The pool is extraordinary and the room was perfect. The accommodated my pet. This is a 5 star motel. Thank you

When I went to extend the stay. I went to pay him with my debit card. He claimed it was declined. My account showed it was paid. He refused service and kept the money.

I was disappointed with my stay here. The light above the sink and mirror didn’t work, neither did the light mounted over the light that didnt work. The curtain rod was broken and the curtain was held in place with a pin and ponytail holder. The chair at the desk was unstable and fell over without even sitting in it. The television was nice but the tv service was almost impossible to navigate. There was no cold water from the faucet or tub; water temperature ranged from warm to hot. The door handle/lock assembly appeared to be taped to the inside of the door with black electrical tape. The bed, however, was comfortable and the room was cool.

Arrived to be greeted, upgraded a room to fit our family walked into the room to a musty smell dirty, and then found cockroaches crawling out of the walls, contacted property staff, and was told that there is no refunds so we end up having to leave forfeit our room and our money and go to a different hotel and cost us more money

They were really nice and accommodating for the price you couldn't be it Not enough towels but gave us some more when we asked

The location was great There was no elevator you had to go up stairs and with a 3 month old baby that's hard

fast check in and out, easy to find, nice front desk clerk The jacuzzi wasn’t working or clean, No hot water the entire stay, hot even with the AC on all the time, kind of dirty with ants and pool was cleaned or access to go, no vending machines or atm worked and seemed like a ghetto motel

Nothing There was no staff at entrance. When he came he gave us the wrong room. The room did not have the right amount of beds. The floor was sticky. Second room was in a corner with a bunch of old furniture outside. Inside the floor was sticky. The bathroom door was had a hole in it and would not close and once again the floors were sticky. Felt unsafe for my family and myself. Decided to go somewhere else and take the loss. Did not stay there.

Absolutely NOTHING! Paid for a Jacuzzi room with NO JACUZZI! Just a bathtub the manager said was a JACUZZI! The room was filthy, and infested with bugs! The A/C and heat DID NOT WORK!! NO hot water either! The manger was rude and refused to change us rooms. It was a nightmare.

Very good location at an amazing rate. great place to visit on a budget. Could use an update.
