The man running front desk looked dirty.he took about 20 minutes to check us in.get to room 1 bed sheets was stained good thing we took our own in the same room the tub was nasty hair all over the wall the refrigerator barley worked the only thing good about that room was the ac.the second room the TV didn't work.had to track the people to let them know.the house keeping did not bring extra towels and we stayed a couple days I'm glad we brought ours.

We rented the king suite that sleeps ten for the 2 of us. It was great. 2 separate bedrooms with own bathrooms. A sitting area with television and pull out couch. Hot tub. Only thing that I think they should change is we were on the 3rd floor, no elevators. Ramps going up from floor to floor. Carrying your luggage and other items was a bit in the heat.

Good property for the price but could use a little tidying up

The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast was actually good. The room could definitely use an upgrade. The showerhead looked like it had Styrofoam cup stuff in it to hold it together somehow. And I’m pretty sure there was black mold on the showerhead. The toilet paper holder was broken. There were no lightbulbs in some of the lamps and the extra door latch was broken. But hey, it was pretty cheap.

The hotel was under new renovation so they were working hard to get it fixed right.. it was a beautifully updated room, but air conditioning wasn't working very well and it had a brand new refrigerator but it didn't get very cold. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was outstanding, plus the price was great value. I recommend it very highly

The location was great and having bright lighting on parking lot at night felt pretty secure. Cleanliness was just ok. The room floor was not mopped and there was no smoke detector in the room. The room only had one small trash can, but it seemed like an old hotel so maybe they just didn't have enough for every room to have at least two or three. Staff very friendly and helpful.

For the price it was decent. Working mini fridge , microwave, cold ac

The only thing the pool wasn't open yet.

The breakfast was the best part of the hotel stay I had to ask for towels, blanket for the bed. The room had a very bad odor I had to spray. Had to ask for a TV remote and pillows.

Don’t come here unless you’re just up to no good.

Nice place to stay

The staff was nice enough. Not super welcoming, but nice enough. The door to enter the room & to the bathroom are very hard to open & close, the hair dryer was broken, there was a hole in the wall, and we had no towels. We had to get them on our own from the desk. Also, there was no response to my texts from the desk.

Room was nice and clean. Price was very affordable. Great location in Pigeon Forge. Nice to sit on balcony and view the city. Pool was closed. Sidewalks going up to the room need cleaned. Beds need new more comfy mattresses. They take $75 for a deposit then refunds it at checkout and takes few days to get it back. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars. Alot of locals live at this hotel.

The location is right on the main road amd very close to the bus line to Dollywood. We had tp change rooms. The first one was not clean. There was feces on one toilet and urine on the seat. The bedding g in one room was messy woth a pillow on the floor. The floors had not been swept or mopped. We had tp change rooms. Thw second room had a constant drip in the jecuzi tub. These floors also had not been swept or mopped. The beds had a sheet and a thin cover, no actual blankets. When we asked for blankets, the desk clerk said he didnt know if they had any. We went and bought our own. The bathroom had no floor mat/towl for the shower.

DO NOT go to this hotel. You're better off sleeping in the car at a rest stop

Nothing The hot tub didn’t work, looked like they swept all the dirt behind the bed, the big TV on the wall didn’t work and had a little one on the table, killed 2 roaches, couldn’t get any sleep. It really should be an apartment complex
