Well I will not be back to stay and we even left a day early because of people staying around us they were extremely loud and running on the second floor all night long also the allowed smoking right outside the rooms allowed for the stinking smell to come right inside the air units and all the cigarette butts laying on the sidewalks smelled like an ashtray we were there for three or four days. We didn’t stay the whole three or four days, but I went to the front office to ask for clean towels. He didn’t wanna give me any and I asked for clean sheets for the bed and he said no. So never again

Beds were small and uncomfortable, pillows were hard. Air conditioner did not work when we got there, the maintenance man had to take one from another room to replace ours.

It was a decent place to stay and you can't beat the price.

It was a great stay overall and would return for our next trip. The only issue I had was it took the air conditioning unit a long time to cool the room, but I understand it was a hot summer day and very humid. Overall the amenities were great, we were in a great area of many things to do that were walking distance.

The best two things about this motel are its location and the price. We'd stay there again because the rooms were clean, albeit fairly outdated. Everything worked just fine, i.e. the shower, bathrooms, etc. The bed was reasonable comfortable. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Since you're not going to Pigeon Forge to sit in your room, you don't really need all the crazy amenities anyway. So, this place worked for us.

The accommodations were great, and the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and made the stay feel comfortable. Will definitely be staying with Green Valley Motel again!

Price was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was run down. There were folks smoking pot openly on the balcony.

Very clean and the staff was friendly. Probably the best place to stay in pigeon forge if you’re wanting a cheaper place to stay.

We’ve stayed here around 10 years now. Very reasonable rates and close to everything

This hotel is right next to a go cart track that operates till 11 o'clock at night. You hear the track until then, whistles blowing attendants screaming.

Location only I felt like bugs were crawling I didn’t see actual bugs until we were packing up to leave. Carpet was filthy. Needs updated terribly!!

Arrived to property to find BED BUGS!! Owner/ Manager on duty was SUPER RUDE! I was told to talk to then about a refund refused to give it until after a full blown conversation with 3 adults from my party! Wanted to do nothing about people smoking in rooms when it states no smoking, horrible hotel now will NEVER stay again nor would I suggest it to anyone! Theres alot of better hotels on the Parkway that TAKE CARE OF THERE CLIENTS!!
