Creekstone Inn

Everything was okay. Nothing special. The room overlooking the river was nice however we unfortunately were there while several storms passsed through so the river was quite rough and dirty.

The room was updated but is still in an older structure. It was hard to overlook that a bit. It was clean but had a musty smell. Balcony was peaceful and nice. Breakfast was mediocre. We were at the location on the other side of the river, making it a bit inconvenient to use amenities. Staff was very friendly and courteous. For the price, it was good.

We had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options each morning. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying next to the creek and enjoying the sounds of the water in the evening. Except for the smoker on the below deck it was awesome.

Coffee pot did not work in r room. Also AC ran on high the whole 3 days and did not keep room real comfy

The free breakfast bar was delicious and had so many options. Something for everyone. The two women taking care of the breakfast area are so nice and work very hard to keep everything stocked. Pool area (deck, tables, lounges)were very clean. Pool did have a few tiles missing, but the pool was still nice to use on a hot day. We also enjoyed being able to get in the river and float. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Love it here . Stay at this location every time we come to PF/Gatlinburg.

It had a really good breakfast. It would be nice if they had like a small bridge to the other side of the creek so you could walk over to get the great breakfast.

Everything was great, the only complaint was the coffee maker. It didn't work right. But the hotel along the creek was beautiful. Walking distance to restaurants, and other attractions. We would consider staying here again.

Breakfast was convenient and staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is an older place, but very clean. I would recommend staying here it’s at the end of a very busy town.

Very lovey hotel; stayed a week. Quiet, clean, soundproof rooms. Excellent AC and water pressure in the shower. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, very much southern hospitality. Breakfast is good. Pool is nice. Parking is very easy and safe. The balconies overlooking the creek are excellent. Amazing location between Gatlinburg and all the major attractions in Pigeon Forge. I recommend fully and will return next year.

The manager a man was there everyday all day and always available to answer any questions we had! (Which we had many questions about directions on where to go around town) excellent customer service! Also we called the front desk for a minor issue with our sink draining slowly and a plumber came within the hour to fix it / what a great surprise to see someone come so quickly totally satisfied with everything - will go back

Could use little maintenance work on the exterior, ice machine. Location is nice but would be five star if it had restaurants/bar grills within walking distance in the area.
