For the price you pay, the room is worth it! There is so much space to move around and a full kitchen to cook in. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. The balcony area was nice to sit outside and relax. The area is quiet and you feel safe. When you arrive, the host is friendly and welcoming. 5 stars. Would stay here again.

The room was perfect for our family and very well equipped.The pool area was beautiful. I just wish we had more time to spend here. The only negative was check in was at 4:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 4:30 but the staff was very nice and welcomed us to check out the amenities on property while we waited. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was an excellent! The properties around in the area I gave a lower rating due to. We got moved because we had to stay overdue to my son having the flu. That area was a sister company, and it was terrible! They had roaches. When they removed us to a different room or building, the air units did not work properly and it was hot and mild duty and moldy in the rooms, it was absolutely terrible in the surrounding buildings that the property and hotel that we stayed in to begin with the two bedrooms was top notch. The one bedroom down below. I do not recommend a highly recommend this property. Just not the sister company!

The 2 bedrooms on the hill were excellent, the staff was great the property was very clean. We would have stayed here longer but the 1 bedroom they moved us to had roaches. They moved us again & the air units were all messed up! It was moldy smelling, muggy & the floors were dirty. It was miserable & no refundable! I am very much unhappy with the one bedroom but very pleased with the 2 bedroom. They were located separately. We had too stay over due to my son getting flu-B & having vehicle issues therefore they put us in 3 non refundable roach hotels. I just can’t get past this! We should have been given a choice not forced to stay!! I called Expedia for help they were NO HELP AT ALL!

The rooms here are absolutely gorgeous. This sits away from the parkway so it quiet but still super close to everything offered in the area.

We stayed 5 nights at Mill Springs and enjoyed very much.It was very clean and included everything we needed It is beautiful inside and out.It has great parking including lots of handicapped spaces. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in several condos but Mill Springs is definetly the best. I can't think of anything that I would change about it. It is just a great place and we definetly will stay again.

The location was great! Our rooms were very clean. Great updated kitchen and bath. Initially the staff did not see where we had already paid for the week but they resolved the issue quickly and were kind and apologetic during the process. I would definitely recommend to friend and family. The drive into the property is a little "sketchy". The sign is a bit lack luster compared to the property itself and the cabin on the left before you enter the property is nothing more than an eyesore. Once we were actually "on campus" we were happy with everything.
