Good price, and the staff was helpfull. Comfy, bed, so that meant value. Only bad thing was really small pool. Almost nothing for breakfast( , but to be fair I came late, ) and the EV charger was Tesla only.

The room was NASTYYYY!!! Bathroom smelled like urine... stuff all over the floor bathroom sink was soaked with something. Couldn't take hot shower for the smoke alarm going off. Buttttt they are also u der remodel???? By far dirtiest place ive ever stayed....

Great if you are on a Budget.

With the exception of the renovations going on it was not a bad place to stay. The lady running the hotel was great. I will be staying there again...

It’s location and staff. I cannot stand the smell of the room. It bothered me all night and triggered my asthma. The room has a distinct smell.

Walking distance to Patriot Park. The fist time I stayed there it was under another name major renovations new owner still under renovation getting better.

I really liked the hotel with ramp because wasn't tiring to go up to the second floor. I also liked the small pool; it was more private and not deep. Everything was fine, but they need to improve the room cleaning; I found several surprises. such as dried urine on the toilet seat, and coffee stains on the nightstand.

The location was good. It was close to all the attractions. That is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. Nothing else was good. I do not recommend anyone staying here ever! Waste of money! Where do I begin? The pool was leaking and was closed the entire time we stayed. The "free breakfast" was only prepackaged muffins that were thrown on a counter. No other food items were offered. No maid service at ALL! Sheets/bedding was not changed the entire time we were there. The office is closed and locked from 6 pm until 8 am every day. So, you can't get anything you need. We had to buy our own toilet paper because we could never find anyone in the office to talk to. The toilet flushed only sometimes. They were remodeling the hotel. So there was constant noise and limited parking. What few employees they do have are never in the office. Sometimes you can see them out smoking. But, when they see you, they walk away and almost hide to keep from helping you. HORRIBLE place.

No pet charge. Reasonable price for hotel stay. Dirty, not as pictured on the website for a quadruple room with 2 queen beds, dirty floor, dirty sink, moldy musty smell in the bedroom, only 1 small thin bar soap, no bathtub drain stopper, beds looked like not made.

this is one of the better places I have stayed in (pigeon forge) staff was real friendly the room was great nice and clean. nice big towels and plenty of them. nothing bad to say about this place even the beds was nice and quite at night no one partying at the pool

Location was awesome for spring Rod Run. Great price for last minute booking anf pet friendly. Beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever had at a rental.
