The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They have a very nice pool. It is a convenient place to stay and get to all the attractions. Didn't find anything wrong with our stay.

The reception area stunk. Not sure what it was but it was bad. Other than that, everything was good.

The lady at the front desk was so helpful and provide us great information for getting to Dollywood from the hotel. She also expertly handled an issue we had with our room. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to the trolley depot. We never had to fight the infamous pigeon forge traffic.

Location was good Had to pay 25$ early to get into the room, and the bed covers were like covering up with a paper table cloth.

Really need to update the mattresses, felt like we were sinking the whole entire night. Didn’t sleep. Overall cold air and clean. Pool was clean and nice. Great location.

It was cheap It was dirty. You know those panty liners they put in the bottoms of new underwear/bathing suits? Well someone’s was stuck to the wall of our bathroom. Then I found a hair tie in the room that was not ours. Would not recommend this place at all. There was a birds nest above the exit sign in the stair well with a bunch of baby birds in it. Which you hear that and think aww how cute until you look down at the walkway and see the huge pile of bird poop that if you aren’t careful you will step right in. And the pool does not look like the photos they advertise. The price was great but I would go somewhere else.
