It was a wonderful resort. Excellent employees and so helpful.

This property sets itself apart from the typical tourist area accommodations. The condo was spotless, well-appointed and very spacious.

Love it and will be back...!

Very good

The resort was wonderful. One complaint I have is that the parking was very tight in the garage. I also have one suggestion. The 24 indoor pool should only have dim lights and underwater pool lights. The fluorescent lights were too bright and took away from the ambience.

The kids loved the lazy river! Had a mix up at check-in and we were sent to a dirty room. They quickly fixed the issue. Over all good stay.

Amazing property! The fees are a little steep, but worth it. I love the river access, pool, and especially the River view room with a balcony.

Our stay was great. We enjoyed our time there. The place was beautiful. Staff was so nice. The only complaint was with the price we stayed you would think that the beds/mattresses would be up to par. You felt like you was sleeping downward. The springs was hard on the back too. We would definitely stay again but try to get a better rate.

Everything was fantastic

This family friendly resort was as advertised. It was clean, friendly staff & beautifully decorated.

Great family place
-
The location is fantastic and the resort itself is quite beautifully maintained with pretty flowers and landscaping. The pull out sofa bed is certainly not the most comfortable.
-
The price is high, and I wonder why they call it a "resort" when it only has a small pool; it isn't worth the cost.
-
All in all if we return to Gatlinburg we will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was friendly, helpful and great! The spa was amazing! The lazy river was wonderful! We did not have time to enjoy the pool although it looked fabulous! The beds in our 2-bedroom unit with pull-out sofa were too firm - we woke up with sore backs and neck, even the kids. The carpet needs updated too but was ok overall.
