rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good-low on some items, but enough to eat. Staff friendly and helpful. We set checkout for 11 am, but the housekeeping crew showed up at 9 to clean. For us that was too early--we are on vacation and like to sleep in.

Great location, just off the main road through Pigeon Forge. Zero noise from the road. Super convenient to restaurants, attractions and more. Room was wonderful and clean. Front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful! Parking can be a bit tight due to small lot and guests need to use their parking tag when on the premises.

The poor review is because of the smell. It had a wet dog mildew type smell on the entire 3rd floor that really bothered us. We have stayed many times in the past and loved it but this last time with the smell and the breakfast wasn't as good as before has us looking somewhere else for our next visit. It's a shame we really liked it for the price but not anymore
