It was hard to get there. It’s located behind other shops. You have to go through IHOP’s parking lot.

The room and room cleaning service was very good. The fitness center was more of a fitness closet, maybe like 100 sq ft. The tv could not connect to streaming services which is a bummer if staying multiple days. We did have a great view of the memory garden from our room. Over all the hotel stay was nice. Easy check in and out and convenient location

This property is in a very convenient location for Pigeon Forge/Dollywood activities. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and really good! I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice. They are located close to all the attractions and restaurants, many of which are walkable. The breakfast was ok better than a Continental breakfast. The only bad thing is the coffee was horrible however it's free. We will stay there again when come back to Tennessee.

It was in a great location it was ok for the price. Didn't know if the pool was for us to use or super 8s breakfast was really good. We were running late with check in and called to give them updates because of back ups on I75. When we arrive the young lady that helped was not friendly at all. And it was my first time staying there. The beds in our room was hard but overall it was good
