In my opinion that I used this hotel only to rest me and my daughters of 18 and 15 years(10PM to 6AM) It is okay. The bed was comfortable. The Water have good pressure and is hot. The air condition is comfortable. The bed was clean, But the room need some cosmetic repair on the roof, and zocalos, and the sink need to change. The need to use snuggle to the towers. This hotel is near everything (museum, atracctions, food, gas) and in the principal road.

Nothing. Rooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned & smelled like mildew. Jets in the tub had black stuff coming out of them, bed was broken, dead bugs all over the floors, air didn’t work, sound on the tv didn’t work, pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned out all summer, bathtub knobs were broken, microwave was disgusting & mini fridge smelled awful.

The only thing I could even think to dislike was no seating outside of our room to people watch when we came in at night.

Loved the Jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The place was not very clean, the toilet paper roll holder was broken, the top lock you flip across was broken, there is no coffee pot in the room, you have to go to the lobby to get a tiny cup of crappy coffee, you have to pay .25 cents for a bucket of ice, the pillows are tiny, and definitely not the right size for a king bed. The traffic noise is horrible until around 3am, so if you are a light sleeper I do not recommend booking here. The microwave in the room is tiny, there are no chairs in the room no desk no table so you have to eat on the bed if you are eating in the room, their is no exhaust fans in the bathroom, and the air conditioner is a window unit in the wall that takes several hours to cool the room and remove the humidity from the room, all in all I would not ever book this place again.

This had a really great bed and location.

The room was clean enough, I thought it was relatively clean until I saw the sink had long black hairs all over it, bed was comfortable and clean! Staff at front desk was not super friendly but she wasn’t rude.

And they were Rude ,very nasty the sheets were dirty, there was Bed ? Bugs!!!! Get a refund is my advance. This Gremlin has some nerve. He changed my dates on my booking thief..... And wanted me to pay $75 for an animal and book two more days... No refund!!!BED BUGS!!! Dirty Bedding... Changed my Booking Dates right in front of my eyes!!!! Thieves and Gremlins run this disgusting thing!!!

Pool could be updated, the inner liner was peeling, had partical floating the water and very cloudy.

Room was a bit old so the smell at first is different. The staffs are welcoming.

It was full of cockroaches. Even the second room he gaves us. We had to canceled

The location of the property is great The room I stayed in was INFESTED with cockroaches.

Clean Room Air was good and cool. Staff was Friendly and ready to help in anything that you needed.

room was okay, it was clean but small. Pool was the size of my tub. Ice wasn’t free. Pool closed at 11 pm so the kids couldn’t swim after we got back from watching fireworks.
